Conventional Wisdom can get you Killed

Let’s vandalize some toxic icons.

I wrote about the great news concerning pistol braces. These things are used as rifle buttstocks, to allow shooters to use rifle-caliber pistols just like rifles, held at the shoulder. The rule banning them was just stayed by a federal judge, and it will remain unenforceable for the next few years, barring a miracle no one who can determine his own gender without professional help wants to see. The courts will be very slow to do anything about it, and they will probably leave the injunction in place and do away with the ban.

I wanted to get one of these things for a Ruger 10-22 pistol as well as an AK-47 pistol. The Ruger is for tooling around the farm in my utility cart. The AK would be for protection while on the road. In a small space, it’s a little easier to swing than a full-length AK. Also, with a short AK, you only lose about 10% of your muzzle velocity, so it’s a good trade.

No argument here.

The web is full of people who parrot gun myths as though they came from Jesus himself, and one of the myths says you can’t shoot a powerful gun accurately unless you shoulder it. Total nonsense. They also say lasers are toys that don’t really work. The US military disagrees, but whatever.

I remember writing some stuff about intending to shoot a 12-gauge from the hip, using a laser. A blogger who used to write a lot about guns said he couldn’t control such a gun with his “gorilla” arms, making the obvious implication about my arms and chances.

I bought a Saiga-12 shotgun. I bought a cheap Chinese laser. I went to a gun range. I put a target up at 50 feet. I put shots in a circle the size of a tennis ball, more or less, from the hip. No problem. Child’s play. With my non-gorilla arms.

Maybe my squirrel monkey arms have something his gorilla arms don’t, but I doubt it. If he had tried what I tried, he would have said something completely different. Maybe he didn’t have lasers in mind. I can’t remember.

Interesting fact: a 12-gauge has more recoil than a .30-06, an AK has much less, and an AR is even further down the list. I’m trying to say that a 12-gauge has all sorts of recoil. Worse than most deer guns.

Another interesting fact: when you use a laser, recoil doesn’t matter much.

“Blasphemy! Blasphemy!”, I hear the gun Sadducees shrieking. They are always the last to accept the obvious truth.

Why does recoil matter when you’re defending yourself? A couple of reasons. It may teach you to flinch, and it will also knock your gun off-target, so you have to find the target in your sights again.

When you have a laser, flinching doesn’t mean much. Where is the dot when you pull the trigger? That’s where the bullet will go. It’s that simple. Try it some time. People say it doesn’t really work. It does. It’s impossible for it not to work. Flinch all you want. As long as the dot is on the mark when the trigger is pulled, you win.

When you have a laser, finding the target again, instantly, is no problem. You have a big, giant beam in front of you. Shoot. Put the beam back on the target. Done. Shoot again. Squinting at black iron sights is a lot harder. Reacquiring your target through a scope is also hard, and in many cases, it will be impossible because you won’t have enough light to see through the scope.

People are taught to obsess on iron sights and scopes. You need to be able to use these things. No doubt about it. But teaching people to rely on them is really, really stupid. Why? Because MOST VIOLENT CRIMES OCCUR AT NIGHT.

YOW. Ouch. That stings, if you’re a gun Sadducee. Make a comment and tell us I’m wrong. Tell us your secret method for using iron sights or a red dot in a dark bedroom. I can’t wait to hear.

It’s not just hard. It can’t be done. So people who advise us to rely on iron sights and scopes aren’t just shooing us away from the best optics; they’re teaching us to be totally helpless IN MOST SELF-DEFENSE SITUATIONS.

That’s pretty bad.

When I get up in the morning, I turn the burglar alarm off. Why? Because nobody is going to break in while I’m here and the sun is out. That’s just a fact. They might break in at night even though they can tell I’m here, because darkness and surprise work to their advantage. They’re not going to show up in the daytime, when the police and I can see them clearly.

It’s true that most burglaries take place in the daytime, but the primary purpose of a firearm isn’t to stop burglaries, which most commonly happen when people are at work. It’s to stop home invasions, which are burglaries that take place in occupied houses.

If you ever have to defend yourself from a criminal in your home, chances are, it will be dark out, and your house may be dark, too. Good luck trying to aim at a burglar when you can’t see your sights. You’re going to spray and pray, just like everyone else who took the bad advice.

My carry pistol has a laser that turns on by itself when I pick the gun up. Wake me up, and I can have it in my hand in one second. That’s pretty good. In one second, I can be well-armed while I pick up a rifle and turn its laser on. After that, my house is a really bad place for a burglar to be.

Burglars don’t use good optics. They don’t even learn how to shoot. They generally use polymer pistols they steal from their neighbors, with whatever ammunition was in them when they were stolen. If I have a rifle with a bright green laser, and my guest has a Taurus pistol he got by breaking into a car, who do you think will get shot the soonest and the most?

How much time do you think I’ll spend making sure I have a good sight picture or just the right grip?

“Hold on, Mr. Burglar! I have to make sure my isosceles stance is just right!” “I have to put on my tactical socks and call Massad Ayoob!” I don’t think so.

If you like spending money, you can do even better. You can get night vision plus an infrared laser criminals can’t see. You’ll see the criminal and the big dot of light, and he will not even know where you are.

That brings me to another creaky talking point: “A laser will tell the criminal where you are!”

He’s almost certainly going to know where you are anyway. I admit, it’s great if he doesn’t, but he probably will. And if you use a laser, by the time you light him up, he will not have enough time to do anything about it. He’ll have a pretty good idea where you are, as you shoot him repeatedly.

And you won’t be helpless because you’re trying to find your tiny black sights in the dark.

You don’t have to walk around with your laser on, lighting up the neighborhood like Rudolph the Green-Nosed Reindeer. You can switch it on right before you shoot.

The Sadduccees love to say lasers make you dependent on gimmicks. Isn’t that better than being dependent on sights you can’t use because it’s dark? Either way, you’re going to be dependent on something.

So to sum up, you can shoot a powerful gun perfectly well from the hip with a laser. It will not be the best answer for killing people at long distances, but if you’re shooting people far away, you’re probably what the law calls “a murderer.” If a criminal is so far away you can’t hit him using a laser, he is probably too far away to pose a threat a jury will confirm.

If lasers are so great, why consider a shouldered weapon? Lasers are pretty bad outdoors in bright conditions. Also, they can malfunction. You may be in a situation where you need to be able to use the sights.

A folding weapon with a laser, to me, appears to be the best option for defense outside the home. When it’s folded, you will be able to maneuver it in the car. The laser will be helpful most of the time. If you have to get out of the car for some reason, you can unfold the stock and use the sights.

You can also stick a red dot on a folding gun along with the laser. A red dot is fantastic for shooting a gun you can’t shoulder. You can nail anyone within a hundred feet without too much trouble.

Maybe I should listen to Ed and forget the brace. If I get a braced pistol, I can fool with it and decide for myself.

Rodent Ragnarok

Every so often, our government does something helpful. Today there are two pieces of good news.

First, it is now, once again, effectively, legal to put braces on pistols. Nationwide.

A brace can be pretty much the same thing as a buttstock. Some can be used to hold a pistol up to the shoulder to be fired like a rifle. There are also pistol braces that allow handicapped people to strap pistols to their arms so they can hold them more effectively.

The truth is that braces are popular because they allowed people to have short-barreled rifles without informing the feds. A brace can be used to turn an AR-15 or AK-47 into what is, all but legally, a rifle.

Joe Biden decided to forget about the Second Amendment and the Administrative Procedure Act and order the ATF to come up with a rule banning pistol braces without expensive permits that take a year to get. To get a permit, you also give up your privacy. The feds keep a record so they can come get your guns later when the country devolves into utter chaos.

All sorts of legal tussling has taken place, and limited injunctions have been issued against the ATF. They helped some people, but not all. Yesterday, however, a Texas judge enjoined enforcement of the rule everywhere in the US.

What does this mean? It means the rule is gone for good. Probably. The injunction only applies while the case is being resolved, but the judge has made it clear he’s going to block the rule permanently. He has all but sworn it. After that, it goes to the 2A-friendly 5th Circuit. That will take a long time, and the 5th Circuit will very likely affirm. After that, the ATF will shoot for a Supreme Court review. They may not get it, and if they do, we have at least 5 justices who are usually pretty good about defending our civil rights. Some of our civil rights.

I suppose the ATF will file some kind of interlocutory appeal right away, but it probably won’t go anywhere, because the 5th Circuit will be the appellate court.

I’d say there is a 95% chance the rule will be dead for a couple of years. It should take that long for it to make it to the Supreme Court, which may or may not review the case. I’m afraid to guess how likely it is the Supreme Court will review the case or affirm. If they refuse to look at the case, it’s over. If they look at it, the odds of affirmation are definitely above 50%.

If the rule is dead for two years, it should be the end of it, because we are overwhelmingly likely to have a Republican president by then, and he will tell the ATF to let it go.

How important is this case? Probably not too important. To me, it means I can have a shouldered AK-47 6″ shorter in my vehicle. That’s great, but to be truthful, I doubt a 10″ barrel is much more likely to save lives than a 16″ barrel.

Still, the almost-certain end of the rule is a nice change. It means I can have the 10″ barrel, and I can also keep a short .22 rifle (oops–shouldered pistol) in my utility cart when I’m out and about on the farm.

And I won’t have to worry about going to prison over a gun part that has zero upward impact on crime rates.

Is it true to say using a brace is legal? I guess not, since the rule is still on the books. But if they can’t enforce it, who cares? In the unlikely event the rule survives, the ATF won’t be able to do anything to people who bought braces under the injunction. Before dusting off the jackboots, they’ll have to give everyone a chance to comply.

Now people have to ask themselves whether they should buy braces today or wait to see if there is an interlocutory appeal. You don’t want to spend $200 today and then have to discard the brace in two months.

Here is the second great thing the government is doing: they may drop the seasonal part of the squirrel hunting regulations on private land. Which is where I live.

Squirrels are horrible, and they are horrible all year round. They eat vehicle wiring. They eat patio furniture. They eat fruit and nuts. They give me dirty looks. I should be allowed to kill every squirrel I see, all the time, with anything short of an atom bomb. They are no better than rats. I should be allowed to kill a hundred a day and leave the bodies for the crows.

It is not unusual for me to look out the window and see 6 squirrels at once. This area is crawling with them. It’s infested with oaks, so it’s squirrel heaven. It’s too much. They need to go.

I haven’t been shooting them for a while. I’m a Christian. We’re supposed to be people of love. I don’t know if it’s good for me to sit in a tent and pop squirrels with a scoped rifle all day, given that I do it partly in anger. I really should start shooting them again, though. My truck won’t start, and I’m pretty sure they did it. I have a productive peach tree, and I’m lucky if they let me have three peaches a year.

I shoot them out of season, because the wildlife people told me it’s legal if they are menacing my property. This only applies near the house, though. I should be allowed to shoot them anywhere. I should be given a bounty every time I run over one.

I wish God would send a plague and make the hair on their tails fall out. Then they would look like rats, and people wouldn’t think they were cute. Animals that aren’t cute get a lot less legal protection.

They resist trapping. I’ve set various types of traps, and I’ve only trapped one squirrel. The best trap, supposedly, is a PVC pipe over a bucket of water. You provide bait, the squirrels slide down the pipe, and they drown. I don’t want to drown anything. I don’t want to sit in my living room wondering if a small animal is struggling for life in a bucket of water.

I’ve used Conibear traps. These are like little versions of the bear traps in old Warner Brothers cartoons. They crush squirrel’s heads or necks, depending on the breaks, putting an end to them fast. But squirrels avoid these traps.

I hope they make this rule change, and I also hope they grow spines and legalize bear hunting. I don’t care what anyone says; we don’t actually “need” 500-pound predators in our backyards. There is a reason why we killed them off in the first place. Every once in a while, a Florida bear kills and/or partially eats someone, and we are reminded how it feels to be prey.

We always hear the same thing. “If we kill off the grizzlies/black bears/wolves/lions/cockroaches/whatever, our ecosystem will suffer a devastating blow from which it will never recover.” What a load. The chestnut trees that used to cover the country died. Things are still fine. We got rid of wolves in most places, and it made life better. The passenger pigeon is gone, but the world keeps turning. Things would be fine if every black bear in Florida disappeared.

The same leftists that killed bear hunting also feed bears and God knows what else, teaching bears that people are food. Amazing.

I like bears, but we need fewer of them, and I will quickly dispatch any bear that bothers me whether or not I think the government will approve. Better to pay a lawyer than several teams of surgeons or a funeral home.

I’d kill Lassie if I thought she was going to bite me. I’m not going to lose the use of a hand so a dog can have a second chance. I was created in the image of God, and dogs were not. One of my hands is worth a whole lot of collies.

Me first. Those are the rules. I guess it’s only one rule. Anyway, me first. I’m more important than an animal. If Commander Biden had attacked me in the White House, they would have found him in a heap with a fractured skull. I don’t have a Secret Service career to worry about.

There are certain animals in my area that should always be killed on sight. Squirrels, rattlers, water moccasins, big alligators, squirrels, coons, bears, possums, armadillos, squirrels, bobcats, hogs, mice, coyotes, all dogs whose owners paint their toenails, and squirrels. That’s just reality.

I quit eating squirrels because they’re tiny and hard to clean, but I may resume once my wife is here. She’ll eat anything. She’s an African. She eats giant maggots called mopane worms.

Let’s segue into a criticism of the leftist media.

Right now, a bunch of people are fighting anthrax in Zambia. A story says 335 people got it. How? They ate hippo meat. Apparently hippos get anthrax.

What did NPR say about this? They claimed it was about African poverty, most of which is caused by me, personally, because I’m white and can tell I’m not a woman. My colonialism and transphobia are at the root of the problem.

NPR started out its stupid story with the claim that Zambians were so poor, they had to eat hippo meat. Instead of tofurkey meatloaf and Starbucks lemon cake like everyone else.

Poverty caused by white Steve causes anthrax epidemic among POC! Get the pitchforks and carbon-neutral torches!

The big problem with this claim is that hippo meat is expensive. It’s better than beef. Zambians love it. Stores can charge a lot. The people who got anthrax got it from a luxury product they could apparently afford. It infected affluent Zambians.

Doesn’t matter. It was my fault. Put me on the scale and find out if I weigh the same as a duck.

I don’t know if I’ll resume shooting squirrels or not, but I hope other people take it up. Hateful things. Worse than anthrax.

The Behar Doctrine Will Age Poorly

Still no word from the State Department regarding my wife’s visa. We figure they will give up tomorrow.

We are both tired of waiting. When you start the process and you know it will be a long time before it’s over, you don’t feel so bad. When they tell you they’ll give you an answer in 5 business days and they don’t come through, it’s worse. You feel like your life has a pause button. You don’t want to do much of anything until the wait is over. The wait absorbs your attention.

While I wait, I am watching the astounding blossoming of antisemitism across the globe. For the first time in my life, Jewish Americans are besieged right here in the country where most of them were born. That’s really something. Immigrants see America as a place of safety. Would they feel that way if they knew their American grandchildren would have to run from the same human filth that tormented them in their home countries?

I guess there must be a lot of Jews who don’t take it seriously, not realizing how terrorism works. It’s a sporadic phenomenon. They attack here. They attack there. Time passes between attacks. Things feel normal almost all the time. It doesn’t mean you’re safe. It just means you’re relying on the odds to protect you. If you’re not taking measures to protect yourself, you’re like a sheep who hopes the wolves will eat other sheep first.

Something like 100,000 Muslims and Islamist allies marched in Washington. If I were a Jew, I’d be flipping out. We will never see that many people march there in support of the Jews.

We are seeing antisemitic protests that are of the same order of magnitude as the Nuremberg rallies, and they’re happening in countries that supposedly support the Jews. Imagine 100,000 Nazis having a rally in Washington in 1942.

Well, we pretty much just saw that. And give the Nazis credit; before they decided genocide was the answer, they tried to ship Jews to other countries. For Muslims, genocide has always been Plan A.

Some Arab nut in Indianapolis just drove a car into a school building she thought belonged to Jews. Indianapolis! Not Riyadh. Not Nuremberg. Not even a city popular with Jews. The weirdest part of the story is that the building belonged to the Black Hebrew Israelites, a wacky cult that says the Jews are really Eastern European impostors who stole their heritage. They’re among the worst antisemites.

Yes, we all know the ancient Jews were actually black people from West Africa. It makes total sense. That’s why the Bible says David had red hair. Like all West Africans.

The Black Hebrew Israelites used to murder people in Miami. The cult was a gang. Their leader was a moron whose birth name was Hulon Mitchell. He called himself Yahweh ben Yahweh. “Yahweh the son of Yahweh.” In Miami, we used to call them the Yahwehs. They still have a headquarters on 2nd Avenue in the 441 Building. They assemble in the parking lot in their weird costumes and practice martial arts moves.

They’re preparing to face imaginary enemies, and the Jews are doing little to prepare to face real ones.

I wonder what I would do if I found out tens of thousands of people with no loyalty to the US had assembled in the capital city to call for my death. I guess I’d move to a conservative county in the country. I’d move into a home with a lot of land, a fence, a gate, conservative neighbors, and a 2A-loving police force. I’d buy a lot of guns and ammunition. I’d also weld up a bunch of target stands with steel gongs, and I’d practice with them erected next to my own berm.

Oh, wait. I already did all that.

I did most of it because I like shooting, not because I was anticipating an invasion, but the end result is the same. I’m safer than most people.

Every day, thousands of military-age single male Muslims enter the US without background checks, and most American Jews are sitting around thinking, “We’ll never be safe until we take Glocks and AR-15’s away from rural Protestants.” They’re letting Joy Behar set their priorities. Wonder if she’ll change her tune when they come for her.

New York contains the largest collection of Jews outside Israel, and in New York, body armor is illegal. ARMOR, which can’t hurt anyone. It boggles the mind. Are the delis really that good? Is it really that important to live near dozens of glatt kosher restaurants?

California, which is number three after Israel, has a similar ban in the works.

Let’s do it right. Make it illegal to take cover behind furniture.

California and New York have enormous Muslim populations, and because Jews insist on living in cities, terrorists in these states will not have to travel far to commit crimes.

If you put 10,000 armed Jews in an enclave in rural Tennessee, it would take the US military to defeat them. No one else could do it. Crazed Uber drivers and falafel-stand proprietors from Dearborn in rented vans wouldn’t stand a chance. And most of their gentile neighbors would jump at the chance to defend Jews. And they would know how.

If you can hit a deer 600 feet away, you can hit a terrorist whose parents are first cousins, fumbling with a cheap AR-15. And a lot of guys in the South can hit a man half a mile away.

Rich gentiles are buying homes built into missile silos in the wilderness. Rich Jews are more concerned about Trump resuming power and making more mean tweets.

My guess is that we are about to see an explosion in antisemitism. Right now, we may be looking at a lit fuse and mistaking it for the bomb. I think many millions of demon-controlled people are about to come out and say it: it’s not Israel’s policies. It’s the Jews. They have to go. And it will eventually become the policy of the majority.

After the Jews, Christians will be the targets. Not gay-church universalist “Jesus is just like Buddha” Christians. Actual Christians.

As the Muslims say, “First the Saturday people; then the Sunday people.”

The people who will be against us won’t just be Muslims. Leftists will join with them, as they are already doing.

Christians are doing a good job already, abolishing real Christianity from the world. When the violence becomes overt and sanctioned, I’m sure many of the people who kill us will identify as Christians.

What do the rest of us do when pogroms become normalized in our cities? Do we get in our trucks and go shoot antisemites? I haven’t thought about it before. Do we stay home and say, “Let the dead bury the dead,” as Yeshua did?

I don’t think God will want Christians to send armed convoys to cities, no matter what happens to urban Jews. It just doesn’t sound like Yeshua. He generally stays out of squabbles among people who don’t listen to him.

I guess I’ll sit back, watch people wait for it to blow over, and then observe their disappointment when it gets worse. My wife and I will continue to pray for Israel every day. There isn’t much more we can do.

There is no Mammad like Yeshua

The spirit of antichrist continues to energize his shock troops.

I have to wonder what Jews are saying in private these days. Beginning at the age of three, I found myself surrounded by Jewish friends and acquaintances, and that continued for over three decades. These days, I don’t get to interact with Jews, so I have to get information from the media. Jewish people have traditionally been somewhat reluctant to tell the world everything they’re thinking, for obvious reasons, so I can’t say I know exactly what’s happening.

What I wonder is whether they’re sitting around their dining room tables asking each other whether a new holocaust is here. The answer to that question is “no.” The old Holocaust never stopped. It just went into remission.

You know how remission works. Whenever you hear a sick person say, “They told me I’m cancer-free,” you know that person will probably be dead within 10 years. “Cancer-free” is a lie. It just means they can’t find it at the moment.

Muslims in Paris just performed a little terrorist raid. They vandalized Jewish homes at least 857 times, painting the star of David on them. You can say it’s not terrorism because vandalism isn’t violent, but that isn’t true. Threats are terrorism. The word “terrorism” means trying to achieve goals by instilling terror. It’s not necessary for violence to occur as long as people are terrified.

Remarkably, Berlin has a Jewish community. It’s not large, but it’s there. Berlin Jews are now experiencing antisemitic vandalism. Muslims are tearing mezuzahs out of their doorframes.

Of course, we already know about the Jewish students who were terrorized at the Cooper Union in Manhattan, and the mob attack in Muslim-dominated Dagestan, a Russian republic. Hundreds of Muslims swarmed an airport, accosting people and asking if they were Jewish. They said they wanted to lynch Jews.

I just read a wild article under the heading “The Volokh Conspiracy.” The article appears at Reason.com. I guess Eugene Volokh moved? No idea. I have only looked at his blog a couple of times in two decades because I have zero interest in law. Funny thing for a lawyer to say, but it’s a fact. For me, it was just a way to get money, like working for Domino’s or Uber. Not the most challenging, fulfilling, or interesting job there is.

The article quoted another article, written by Erwin Chemerinsky, dean of the UC Berkeley School of Law. You can find it without a paywall on the site of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

It’s amazing that a Jew smart enough to be the law school dean at Berkeley would be foolish enough to take the job, but this is how things are. Overwhelmingly, Jews support and associate with their worst enemies.

Chemerinsky says, “I am a 70-year-old Jewish man, but never in my life have I seen or felt the antisemitism of the last few weeks.” How deep in the sand has his head been? I’m a Gentile. I live in relative safety. I had no reason to keep tabs on anti-Jewish sentiment, but he did. I knew things were bad years ago. Why didn’t he?

He was surprised when he found out he had students who supported the Hamas attack. Surpised? How is that possible? I went to Columbia about a billion years ago, and there were already punk dime store revolutionaries, including Jews, wearing khaffiyahs.

He still says, “I strongly oppose the policies of the Netanyahu government, favor full rights for Palestinians, and believe that there must be a two-state solution.” What? Is survival of no importance to this man?

He quotes other professors who have publicly threatened Jews in the US. He’s in the US. Do you think he has any idea how to operate a semiautomatic rifle? Do you think he has taken the sane precaution of taking his wife or children to gun ranges? Probably not. He’s a gun-confiscation nut who opposes carry rights. You can look that up.

Maybe he’s a hypocrite. I hope so. Maybe he’s like the leftists who scream for high taxes and then hide money illegally. Maybe he has machine guns in the trunk of his German luxury car.

What’s he going to do when a demonized student wearing Palestinian colors puts a knife to his throat? Offer to debate him? Ask for a continuance so he can submit a brief?

What does it take to convince a leftist he needs to arm himself? I mean Western leftists who live in comfort, not the millions of leftist who have already armed themselves and killed their betters.

Were there Jews like this under Hitler? Did they go around saying it was wonderful to see the German working class challenge the wealthy? Did they blame their own people for the Versailles treaty? You have to wonder.

At least one Jewish woman in Israel had her baby cut from her belly and beheaded, with the umbilical cord still attached. This is what antisemitism looks like in 2023. Kristallnacht looks pleasant by comparison. And journalists don’t care, because they’re in the tank for Islam. Journalists called the Dagestan attack a protest. It was a pogrom. Are pogroms protests now?

Atrocities can happen here. Don’t think the threats are empty. Human beings are no damn good, as my mother always said, in total agreement with the Bible. When conditions are right, they are capable of deeds that would make demons puke. If they can burn babies to death and cut people’s feet off in Israel, they can do it here. They’re not inhibited by empathy or shame. They’re just waiting to feel sufficient support from the mob.

It may be that the prediction of Zechariah 14 is just about here. The prophet clearly stated it would happen when the day of the Lord came, and the day of the Lord is the tribulation.

Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

This hasn’t happened yet, so it can’t be about the past.

Over the last half-century, hatred of Israel has become fashionable among leftists. It has built gradually. Many Jews joined right in, because the general tendency of Jews is to curry favor with the left. Our universities have been instrumental in driving the hate. Somehow, Jews either failed to notice or got on the bandwagon.

One of my former college friends is a pro-Palestinian activist. He married a gentile, and my impression is that he turned the pants over to her. When I knew him, he really disliked Arabs. He called them “rabhabs.” No idea what that meant. He started taking a few measures intended to make it look like he kept kosher. He sang prayers over meals sometimes. He supported Israel. He refused to marry the love of his life because she was Catholic. His family was against the marriage. His second wife was born a gentile, but she converted in what was probably a reform synagogue. Possibly conservative. Not Orthodox.

Reform Judaism is the branch that brought the world the first proud lesbian rabbis. You get to eat anything you want, you can be an atheist, and it’s okay for your rabbi to invite Muslim clerics to speak on Saturdays.

He’s a far-out leftist today, if he’s still alive. I wonder what he thinks about taking that path now. Muslims and other antisemites are not going to listen when he says he’s on their side. If violence comes to his door, they’ll do him and his wife just as they would do Benjamin Netanyahu.

Having known a lot of Jews, I know two things. They are the smartest and most talented people on Earth, and they are also ruled by emotion, not reason. Intelligence doesn’t help if you can’t rule your biases and the herd instinct. If you have to vote for Biden because your great-grandpa voted for FDR, you are not listening to anything above the brainstem.

Ultimately, rejecting the Messiah and the Holy Spirit caused the problems we are seeing today. The Tanakh makes it very, very clear. When Israel, meaning the body of Jews throughout the world, pleases God, things go well for Israel. When there are problems, it means investigation and repentance are in order. Something is clearly wrong when the Promised Land has been in gentile hands for nearly two millennia and one Austrian nut can stir Europeans up to kill something like a third of Israel in one decade. This is not how blessed nations live.

If this is God’s favor, what does his displeasure look like?

I challenge anyone to read the Tanakh and find periods where Israel endured major, prolonged conquest and subjugation while the Jews were pleasing God.

It’s not because people are eating shrimp or going without hats. It’s because they missed the Messiah. They missed unity with others who know God. They missed out on power and victory.

Same thing is now happening to Christians. God put up with a lot of terrible behavior from nominal Christians over the centuries, but now the stronghold is falling, and the world’s most powerful Christian nation is turning into a second-world country dominated by alien invaders we actually pay to come here. We are being dominated by men in dresses and women who have had themselves skinned so they can sport artificial penises. We are being overrun by socialists. A sick minority rules us with ease.

If you are blessed, one of you will put 10 thousand to flight. If not, it’s the other way around.

A lot of people have said the word “Babylon” refers to the Catholic church in eschatology. I feel it refers to America. Babylon is a whore. In the Bible, whores and adulteresses are pretty much the same thing. See Hosea. America was established by Yeshua, and we were made powerful and rich, but now America is a whore for Satan. Paganism, promiscuity, obscenity, pride, perversion, materialism…we decided we had created our own ascendancy, so we are abandoning God on the assumption that we can restore our country.

It will never happen. Our lifestyles are deteriorating. Unless you are blessed by God, your kids won’t own a nice house. They won’t live well on one income. They’ll always work long hours. They’ll see their country pushed around in international squabbles. They’ll live to see the dollar replaced in international business, and that will destroy their savings. They’ll have to bend the knee to the same kind of filthy mob that rounded up decent people in Cuba and Cambodia, took their homes, imprisoned them, tortured them, raped the women, and piled bodies on the ground.

If you forsake God, your sons will cut their penises off. Your daughters will grow beards. Your grandchildren will grow up in rented apartments. They’ll be indoctrinated by force. You will have nothing to say about it.

If you accept Yeshua, get baptized with the Spirit, pray in tongues, repent, confess, and grow as God’s child, you will eventually have peace, abundance, protection, and dominance. Your blessings will be separated from the curses on America. You can do well while your country is destroyed.

America is begging for a whore’s reward, and it’s already rolling in. God really hates unfaithfulness. It’s worse to be an adulteress than to be a stranger.

My wife and I have been praying for Israel every day ever since we started praying together. We pray for God to open the eyes of the Jews and show them how the rabbis have lied to them. We pray he will show them that Maimonides is in hell along with the other sages who kept them in the dark. We also pray he will defeat their enemies and give them victory. The problem is that blessings will always be connected to Yeshua, so there is a limit to what our prayers can do. There are some blessings God simply will not give to people who are against Yeshua.

Barring accepting the perfect solution, I suppose getting serious about self-defense is the best Band Aid.

It’s a terrible scenario. Many Jews knew antisemitism would prevent them from being safe in gentile nations, so they pushed for the restoration of their rightful homeland. According to Zechariah, they are going to find out they’re not safe even there. If the world rejects you, and your homeland–your mammad–turns out to be a house of straw, where, exactly, do you run?

Hamas Fans Protest Jewish Occupation of Manhattan

I’m brewing (wheat ale with bergamot hops), so I have to hang around indoors for a while. Might as well write.

We have a new thing in America. Jews cowering in terror in a university library in a major city while antisemites threaten them with big sticks, combined with an inability to get uniformed police to show up.

At first, the story was that the police refused to come, but now we are being told there were plainclothes detectives in the library.

A person called Chief of Patrol John Chell said, “There was no direct threats.”

The police must not be hearing the same things law students hear. When I was in law school, I was told that threatening a person with a weapon, while you were close enough to use it, was assault. A crime. If you look at video of the incident, you can see a moron with two big sticks, banging them together while staring at students protected only by glass and two doors the police say were not locked.

I know a little bit about Florida law. Here, if you make me mad while I’m driving, and I pick up my gun and hold it so you can see it, I commit a felony that carries a lot of prison time. I guess brandishing weapons that can easily crush skulls is no problem in New York.

People keep saying you can disagree with things Israel does without being antisemitic, and that is true. Protestors like to claim they’re against Israel, not Jews. If that’s the case, why did this herd of mouth-breathers go to NEW YORK and threaten AMERICAN Jews?

I’ll set the question apart in its own sentence.

If you’re against Israel but you have nothing against Jews, why wave weapons at Jews who are not Israelis, 5600 miles from Israel?

This happened in New York, a place where Jews feel safe. After Israel, New York has more Jews than any place. Jews love New York. Many identify with it more than they do with Israel. This happened in what may be the favorite city of more Jews than any other. More than Jerusalem. And our government did nothing.

University president Laura Sparks, clearly a crazy lady, called the event a “peaceful protest.” Waving big sticks at defenseless minority members is now a peaceful activity. Try it at a Biden press conference and see if the Secret Service thinks it’s peaceful.

Sparks comes from the same wacky leftist segment of society that says words are violence. So words are violence, but big sticks aren’t. If I remind Dylan Mulvaney he’s a man, it’s a crime of violence, but if I wave a big stick at an elderly rabbi, it’s expression. It’s beautiful. It’s “my truth.”

Here you see the political suicide of Jews at work. They chose this. They are overwhelmingly leftist. They helped create a climate of antisemitism in the world, by supporting leftism. They helped make New York City what it is. A lot of them are still marching with the pro-Hamas nuts.

They helped create a city where a person who behaves more like an ape than a human being can threaten them with weapons, but they can be imprisoned for carrying firearms. And most of them want nothing to do with firearms to begin with. They think the state will protect them. Like all the other gentile governments that have been so loyal to them.

Yesterday I read that a poll said 48% of younger Americans support Hamas over Israel, and 26% think ending the Jewish state and giving it to Arabs is the way to solve the problem. This is what happens when you embrace leftism. It infects future generations. How can American Jews be leftists? It’s astounding.

The good news is that American Jews will vote conservative, overwhelmingly, in the future. They’ve come to their senses.

No, they haven’t! They’re going to keep feeding the hand that bites them. Some will come around, but generally, they’ll continue assisting in their own destruction and punishing their friends.

My wife and I intercede for Israel and the Jews every day, but because a lot depends on their cooperation, I have extremely low expectations. I expect a majority of Jews to go down with the leftist ship, while loudly defending their stubbornness.

I think we’re seeing the Thirties all over again, and the windows of escape are slamming shut, after precious few people used them.

Because things are getting so weird, I’m considering going back to keeping a rifle in the car, along with several loaded magazines. It’s legal, and these days, it’s smarter than ever. This is an era of mob crime, and mob crimes call for rifles and lots of ammunition, as lynching victim Kyle Rittenhouse could tell you.

I’m trying to catch up on AK technology. I would never rely on an AR-pattern gun for self-defense, except as an emergency backup. AR’s are not reliable, period, and they are inferior for use at distances typical for self-defense. If you’re shooting at people beyond the range where an AK-47 is sufficiently accurate, you’re almost certainly trying to commit murder. It would be pretty unusual to find yourself in a situation where you reasonably feared great bodily harm from someone that far away.

It would be good to have a short folding AK in the car. They have new variants now, though, and it’s confusing. They have a thing called an AK-103. My understanding is that it takes optics better.

In recent years, it became possible to put a rear stock on an AK pistol without committing a crime. That would be great for a vehicle gun. Sadly, Biden ordered the ATF to ban “pistol braces” on unregistered AK pistols. He says they’re short-barreled rifles, which have to be registered. Common sense says he’s right, but legally, he’s wrong. It’s bizarre.

A case is going through the federal courts, addressing the pistol brace question. There is already an injunction that prevents the ATF from going after certain owners of braced pistols. It looks like the ATF is going to lose, big time. We’re not there yet, however.

I want no part of the coming violence, but I would also prefer not to be dragged out of my car and beaten to death, and I would like to be able to protect my wife instead of crying and shaking and wondering why the government hasn’t sent anyone to help us. A lot of Jews have suffered that fate recently, and many would have been fine–and able to kill terrorists–had they been armed instead of relying on an unrealistic conception of their government’s abilities.

Look what happens in a world where people reject Yeshua and the Holy Spirit. You have to buy products made to harm other human beings, or you have to choose to risk martyrdom.

If people were praying in the Spirit every day, God would fill them with his thoughts, emotions, and desires, and he would rid them of the Satanic excrement that drives them now. If two people are aligned with God, they are also aligned with each other. It’s axiomatic. This is why Yeshua is called the Prince of Peace. He owns it. There is no other source.

Unfortunately, Islamists and Jews believe Christianity is idolatry, and leftists prefer self-worship, government-worship, and paganism, so the situation will continue to deteriorate.

Sliders and Concealed Carry: the Best America Has to Offer

The problem with brewing is that so few conclusions have been nailed down, even though homebrewers seem to know a great deal. Things that should be obvious by now are still unknown to a lot of us.

Example: which tubing to use to hook gas and beer up.

When you have a keezer, which is a freezer modified with taps and one or more tanks so you can dispense beer from it, you have to have a tank, kegs, and taps. You need tubing to get the gas from the tank to the gas regulator, from the regulator to the kegs, and from the kegs to the taps.

In the old days we used plain old vinyl from Home Depot.

After I quit brewing in ’07, people started getting anxious about oxygen.

When you brew your beer and put it in a fermenter, you want it to have oxygen in it. It makes the yeast happy. When fermentation is over, you want the oxygen gone. It interacts with beer and eventually ruins the flavor.

There are a lot of ways oxygen gets into beer. I used to run a tube from a fermenter into a keg with the lid off. That was how I got beer into the keg. Of course, oxygen got in. Wasn’t really a problem, but it could have become one if I let the beer sit long enough. Now I take a sanitized keg full of CO2 and I pump beer into it from the fermenter. Everything is sealed and pressurized.

Everything should be fine, right? No, because I have been using vinyl to get gas from the tanks to the regulators. At least I did this with one tank. I have two tanks in my keezer. One is CO2, for normal beers, and the other is a nitrogen/CO2 mix, for stout. As of a few days ago, I still had vinyl on the CO2 primary regulator.

What is a primary regulator?

I have 4 kegs of beer on one tank of CO2. The CO2’s pressure is hundreds of psi. It has to be stepped down so it doesn’t blow the kegs up. There is a gas regulator on the CO2 tank to get this done.

Most guys are happy with that. They will have the same pressure in all their kegs. Not me. Ales like more gas than lagers, and heavy beers may want a whole lot of gas. I bought a secondary regulator. This is 4 regulators in parallel. Each one can be adjusted to provide a pressure I like. Right now, three are at 12 psi, and one is at 18 psi, for my brutal fake Belgian ale.

I had a fat vinyl tube going from the primary to the secondary.

It turns out vinyl lets oxygen in. The CO2 in the vinyl is at a minimum of 18 psi in order to get 18 psi in the fake Belgian, and atmospheric air is at 0 psi (gauge pressure), so how can oxygen get in? Doesn’t the CO2 keep it out? Apparently not. It’s sort of like osmosis. The tube sees 0 psi of oxygen inside itself, but our atmosphere is about 20% oxygen, so it sees oxygen pressure outside. The vinyl is not perfectly impermeable to oxygen, so some goes in.

This is the story, anyway.

An Australian company named Kegland makes all sorts of innovative products for brewers, and they created (or maybe found) EVAbarrier, a stiff tubing that is pretty good at keeping oxygen out. They also sell Duotight fittings to connect the tubing to beer and gas.

It’s really convenient. You don’t have to use hose clamps. You cut your tubing to the right length and shove it into the fittings. They bite down on it and seal it up.

As of night before last, my CO2 system has been connected with EVAbarrier. I was already using it for everything but the primary-secondary leg, so I only had to replace two fittings and one tube.

I resumed brewing at the end of December. I made some errors. Wrong mashing schedules. I accidentally shot lubricating oil into a batch of beer because I used a pellet gun CO2 cartridge instead of one made for beverages. Little things went wrong, but I still have one beer from early this year which is very good. As I get caught up with new technology, things get better.

I have one recipe I’m not planning to brew again. It’s just not great. Other than that, I can’t find factory beer I like as much as my own. If I had to go back to factory beer, I’d go back to my old drinking habits, meaning around a 12-pack per year.

I’m having a stout right now. It’s hard to imagine how this beer could be better.

I was thinking I should brew a wheat ale tomorrow. I have a couple of batches of grain, including a wheat recipe, and I don’t have any wheat beer except for the really heavy one I made last week. Today I realized that if I brew beer tomorrow, my wife may well be here before it’s ready to drink.

Her embassy appointment is finally upon us. She could be here 10 days from now, depending on the breaks and whether she is serious about getting her hair done before she comes.

It’s very weird, being this close. I go to the store and buy things, and I find myself thinking she may be here to eat them.

We spend a tremendous amount of time on the phone together. That’s all about to end. What will we do with our time when we suddenly find ourselves with days that aren’t broken up by calls? We’ll save at least three hours per day, and we will have nearly nothing to do.

I have to face the reality of not living like a single man. I have to get a kitchen table that doesn’t fold up. I need two real dressers instead of the awful, enormous dresser my mother got at an outlet store in the Carolinas in the Seventies. I’ll have to move my $80 Chinese Amazon headboard to a bed in a guest room.

I have talked about buying her a business class ticket. I’m looking into it. She will probably have a flight running around 35 hours. Airlines don’t have much interest in Zambia, so she will have to have a minimum of two stops.

Personally, I am an economy guy. I believe I’ve flown first class twice. I recall my dad upgrading the two of us with his endless points. That happened once. I also recall sitting in a first class seat next to a drunk who was some kind of prisoner. He cried a lot. As I recall, he was a black man in a red suit.

I was probably in college. I don’t recall how I got into first class, and I have no idea why they chose me to sit next to a prisoner. I seem to recall him being handcuffed to an armrest. That can’t be right, can it? Maybe that’s how they did things back then.

I don’t recall having a cop anywhere near us.

If I’m going to spend thousands of dollars, I want something I can touch. A piece of jewelry. A new welding table. I don’t want to spend $200 an hour for a ticket upgrade so my butt can be slightly less sore the next day.

Let’s face it. While an upgrade may be nice for a short flight, there is no such thing as a nice long flight. Moving you to business class doesn’t help. I don’t care if they give you a stateroom with a bed. It’s still going to be a miserable experience. I’d rather have the money than the 10% decrease in suffering.

I brought up business class, however, and my wife liked the idea, so now I’m on the hook. I hope she enjoys it and takes pictures, because I don’t plan on buying any more business class tickets unless Elon Musk sees my blog and decides to send me one of his spare billions.

Finding my wife a business class ticket that costs less than a major operation is a challenge, mostly because everyone hates Africans. Flights that are low on the cost scale almost always involve self-transfers. That means she will have to get off the plane at least once, get her bags, go through customs and immigration, go through security again, and board. It’s not a big problem if you’re American, but if you’re African, many countries will force you to get a visa in order to walk across their airports and change planes.

It’s idiotic. Even if her brand-new green card will motivate a country to issue a visa, it will take forever to get the visa, so it’s not practical. I would have to pay her rent in Zambia the whole time, and then she might get turned down.

West Africans are the problem. Especially Nigerians. They go to other countries, refuse to leave, and start criminal enterprises.

I can’t route her through England. Forget that. Our best bet looks like Turkey. She might have to stop in Dubai on the way. She might have to land in two different African countries.

So what will we do when she gets here?

High on the list: White Castle. The family that owns the company sadistically refuses to expand in any meaningful way, but they opened a restaurant in Orlando. The biggest White Castle on Earth. We’ll be doing that.

Sonny’s. This is a Florida barbecue chain. Pretty good, even though Bidenflation now has them putting “Market Price” beside ribs on the menu.

She loves Italian food. There’s a really good place near me. Run by Mexicans. Go figure. It’s clean. The prices are reasonable. The food is great. The staff is polite.

I’ll have to get her a driver’s license ASAP, not to mention a carry permit. Permits are not required in Florida, but if she has one, she will be allowed to carry in other states. I already have a 9mm for her with a Crimson Trace.

After all this, the dentist. And we have to get medical insurance and a new phone plan for two.

We are not doing too bad for clothing and so on. We traveled to countries with good stores.

We need to get the pickup in shape so we will have two vehicles.

That’s all I can think of. I wanted to take her to Israel, but our timing has worked out poorly. There are no good winter destinations in the US.

Okay, maybe there are, but we have no interest in skiing or beaches, and we’re not going to places that look better with leaves on the trees.

I hope to have her out in the pasture shooting steel very soon. I can taste those sliders already.

Genocide Should be Harder Than This

Right now I’m thinking about Samantha Woll, the synagogue president who was murdered by an angry Muslim last week.

The police have no suspect, so why do I say a Muslim killed her?

2. Killing occured while Muslims were calling for violence against Jews, after one of the filthiest attacks on Jews in history
3. Killed in Detroit, which has an enormous concentration of Muslims

It’s conceivable someone else did it. Maybe she has an ex-husband who thought this would be a good opportunity to kill her and blame Muslims. Probably not, though.

She was a leftist. Why do I say that?

Also, I checked. She was a leftist activist. She used to be an aide for leftist Representative Elissa Slotkin. Go look at Slotkin’s website. It looks like Chuck Schumer programmed her.

Her synagogue is the last synagogue left in the city of Detroit, for good reason. I can see why other Jews fled. It’s basically kaput. It doesn’t even have sabbath meetings. The rabbi is a woman.

As blue as Michigan is these days, partly because Democrats and Muslims have realized they share so many progressive values, Michigan has some pretty good firearm laws. Better than Florida in some ways. Michigan allows open carry by default, and it’s a shall-issue state, so you don’t have to be a celebrity or prove you donate heavily to Democrat PAC’s in order to get a gun.

Somehow this lady was killed in her yard, with a knife.

A knife shouldn’t be underestimated. It can do a lot of gross things a gun can’t. Guns typically win in real-life encounters, though. They scare criminals, the noise attracts attention, they can do harm from greater distances, and so on.

Muslim terrorists overwhelmingly agree: women, the disabled, children, the elderly, and the weak are the best adversaries. Their principles bar them from attacking anyone who can fight back.

The odds this lady was armed are vanishingly small. Liberal Jews believe in waiting for the police. Criminals, on the other hand, believe in doing harm as quickly as possible and taking off while the police are still leaving the doughnut shop. It’s a good system.

She wasn’t armed. Her friends generally aren’t armed. American Jews are still crusading for unilateral disarmament. It’s an Islamist paradise. A stocked pond full of soft targets. The guy who killed her has no incentive to stop, and his pals have lots of incentive to follow his lead.

Here’s a question no one seems to be asking: given that most Jews will continue to support unilateral disarmament, what, exactly, are they proposing as a solution?

I haven’t seen a solution mentioned. Have you? I mean, sure…”Be vigilant.” Yeah, that will fix it. Because no one who is vigilant is ever attacked by terrorists. “Drop that axe! I can see you!”

I want to know what practical, effective solutions have been proposed. Because there aren’t any, other than buying guns. This is literally the only way for a targeted group to protect itself.

Community Center tae kwon do won’t do it. No martial art will do it. With my 10mm carry piece, I’d take on a young Mike Tyson, Conor McGregor, a Gracie to be named later, and the Butter Bean on PCP rather than join their side and give the gun to one of them.

I haven’t seen any police officials offering good advice to Jews, because they haven’t. What are they supposed to say? “Threaten to sue”?

Yesterday 150,000 people protested in London. They protested brutality and war crimes. They protested genocide. Perpetrated by…Israel. No joke.

That’s a big crowd. It proves a couple of things. 1. Letting Muslims immigrate by the hundreds of thousands is a really bad idea, and 2. people are much more antisemitic than is widely understood.

It is probably true that antisemitism has increased over the last 25 years, but here’s something that is definitely true: it was always here, and antisemites have been restrained only by the sense that they would face consequences for behaving badly.

Here is how a vicious crowd works. They will circle a victim and say mean things. Someone might throw an empty water bottle. Eventually, one of them finds a spine and throws a punch. The others look around, thinking, “Do I have permisssion now? Do I have numbers on my side?” Then everybody jumps in. The number or unfriendlies doesn’t increase after the punch is thrown. They were there already, waiting for permission from their peers.

If you can get 150,000 idiots to support genocide against Jews in the capital of London, how many idiots do you think we have here?

American blacks make up over an eighth of our population, and a huge percentage of them believe antisemitic conspiracy theories. These theories include the notion that blacks are the true Jews, and that Jews stole their inheritance. Many think Jews “ran” the slave trade.

Hispanics have always had rocky relations with Jews. There is also a small subset of ordinary white Americans who are also antisemitic. That subset is growing because young Americans are overwhelmingly leftist, and hatred of Israel is chic on the left. A lot of young Americans refuse to identify as liberal, but then their standards are so skewed, they can be pretty far out on the left and think they’re centrists.

It’s like America is a horse track, and the horses are held back only by the gate. When the gate opens, they will run.

I can’t imagine going to Detroit for any reason, but living there, being Jewish, being in charge of a synagogue, and not carrying a weapon…that borders on psychosis.

Most American Jews don’t feel they should take serious measures to protect themselves, but they have plenty of energy for gun control and disempowering their best friends: conservative Christians.

I don’t know what they’re going to do. Their old strategies won’t work here. They can’t give away land in America. No demon-possessed Muslim killer is going to agree to walk away if you give him your front yard.

I wonder how many English people were at the London protest. I mean ethnic English. Fact which is little-known in America: many ethnic British really hate Yeshua these days. It seems to be the majority attitude. They attack street preachers. The police arrest street preachers. The people curse them the way sane people curse pedophiles.

The further you get from Yeshua and the Holy Spirit, the more you will come to hate Jews and Christians.

The common English have really changed. Their language is foul, all the time. Their manners are beneath atrocious. When I was a kid, Americans thought of them as restrained people with good manners and refined speech. Not any more.

If there are 150,000 Londoners who are willing to march and be filmed, exposing themselves as haters of Israel, there must be millions of kindred souls in the UK who will come out of the woodwork when things get hot.

You know what they say about roaches. If you see one in the kitchen, there are dozens in the walls.

My prediction: Jews in the US will do very little to protect themselves, and they will pay the price. It’s already happening. Dumb political opinions are harder to cure than cancer.

What should people like me do? Should I put a couple of mobile homes on my property in case Jews need a refuge next year? If I did, admittance would be limited to those willing to carry guns. I wouldn’t put out bait for killers and then agree to try to protect myself and my wife without help from my guests.

Now Front Page has come out with a poll of American Muslims, and the conclusion is that 57% either strongly or somewhat approve of the Hamas butchery. I wonder what wonderful news tomorrow will bring.

Let’s Sit Down and Talk This Over

A reader suggested checking out Citizen Free Press, so I did. I used to read Drudge, but it turned into a bizarre anti-Trump site which seems to be run by RINO’s or cautious leftists who don’t want people to know Drudge retired.

Citizen Free Press comes up with a lot of useful information, as Drudge once did. Today it links to a story about American Jews who have decided to buy guns. The Holocaust never really ended, and Jews seem to be aware of it, but somehow most of them have no interest in protecting themselves, so it’s big news when they start buying guns.

Who, exactly, did they think would look out for them? Governments? Aren’t governments the entities that killed so many of them in the past? Perhaps I am ignorant of history, but as far as I know, relying on governments has done the Jews about as much good as it has American Indians. The damage done by private citizens throughout history is miniscule by comparison.

Pharaohs, Babylonians, Achaemenids, Greeks, Romans, Spaniards, the Portuguese…one government after another persecuted them. Haman was a government official who had the king’s support.

When the Nazis really got going, German war heroes protested. Jewish German war heroes. Loyal German citizens. I guess they could not believe serving in Germany’s wars didn’t entitle them to live. Their government gassed them anyway. There wasn’t much they could do to fight back.

Jews were instrumental in spreading socialism, but the USSR persecuted them just the same, even as they spread the worship of Karl Marx, an ethnic Jew.

The story quotes Simon, a 35-year-old Israeli-American:

Unfortunately for us Jews around the world, our security situation has worsened. Now is the time to arm myself and protect my family. So, I’ve decided to purchase my first firearm and undergo firearm, general situational awareness, and home defense training.

What?

“Now” is the time for him to arm himself and protect his family? Weren’t they worth protecting last year?

He’s buying his first firearm? So up until now, he chose helplessness. Why? What was he afraid of? Did he think owning a gun would cause him to join a gang and rob liquor stores? What, exactly, was the down side of owning a gun? There is none.

I wonder what percentage of Muslims who support Hamas have been reluctant to buy guns. It must be an agonizing decision for them.

I guess I shouldn’t talk. If memory serves, I bought my first pistol in 1991. I bought it in case I had to kill my sister’s junkie friends. She said she would send them to “take care of” me because I had helped my mother get her into rehab.

I already had a .22 rifle, and I had access to my parent’s guns, but I should have done better. I didn’t buy a real defensive rifle until maybe 2008, and it was set up for varminting, not home defense. It was an LR-308. Not the greatest choice in a home invasion.

On the other hand, I’m not a Jew, so no one is trying to exterminate me and my kind. Not yet.

I should have gotten an AK-47 as soon as I could own one legally. Pistols are second-rate defense guns. I should have gotten a carry license sooner instead of leaving my gun in my car.

I would think the events of the last century would have sufficed to convince Jewish people that owning, carrying, and hiding guns and ammunition were good ideas. I’ve known a lot of Jews, and I know that even though they are generally statists, they also see the government and their neighbors as potential enemies. That’s smart. If you know how things stand, why not govern yourself accordingly?

A Jewish friend of mine lost his dad to leukemia in about 1986, and he inherited hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash which had been sealed up in drywall in his living room. His dad didn’t do that because he sincerely trusted Uncle Sam. He wanted money no one could get at in a crisis.

Unfortunately, according to my friend, his brother and his dad’s lawyer stole the money. Interesting story. One day it was there, and the next, his brother and the lawyer claimed there had never been any money.

He filed a bar complaint against the lawyer, a man named Kaufman. I still remember. He said Kaufman called him when he found out, crying and begging him to withdraw the complaint. A little late.

There are really only two reasons to avoid having a gun close by. One is that you don’t trust everyone in your house to behave, and the other is that you’re afraid kids will manage to get at it. These dangers barely exist for responsible people. They can be negated. There comes a time when you have to admit the danger presented by your enemies is greater than the small risk someone in your household will misuse a gun.

The insanity and viciousness of the left are really fruiting now. Americans of Arab descent are protesting openly, cheering the terrorists on and making fun of Jewish tears. There is no helping most of these people. They are in the grip of spirits. Very few of them will ever come out of delusion and get to know the God who made Esau and Ishmael. Only the Holy Spirit saves people from delusion.

Don’t do Your Enemy’s Job for Him

If you want to read about a confusing news story, you came to the right place. I just saw a Politico article about Israeli terrorism victims who blame Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for what happened to them and their neighbors during the Hamas atrocity. They were attacked on Nahal Oz, a kibbutz near the semi-fictional nation of Gaza.

Here is an excerpt:

“He [Netanyahu] needs to say: ‘I’m sorry, I failed you. It’s because of me and my pride, you were almost murdered,’” said Cherry, a 45-year-old Belgian-Israeli health economist.

Poterman and Cherry described how they shut themselves in safe rooms on the morning of the attack, and hunkered down for 12 hours, waiting for the Israel Defense Force to come to their rescue. Over those excruciating hours, rockets flew overhead and Hamas raided homes across the kibbutz shouting “Allahu Akbar” [God is greatest] and “Massacre the Jews.”

Poterman, who until last week worked as an after-school teacher, sent what he believed would be his last Facebook post from the safe room: “Half an hour, we are locked up with terrorists at home, no one comes.”

The 40-year-old said he sent the message as he stood next to the safe room door holding an ax, while his wife Maria held their seven-month-old baby girl in one hand and a knife in the other. Neither of them expected to survive, but a latch installed on the inside of the door by a previous tenant prevented the terrorists from bursting in.

In a separate safe room, Cherry, her husband Oren and their three children barricaded the door as best they could with a cupboard and chair.

The man who sent the message boxed himself up in a laughable “safe room” or “mammad.” This is a ridiculous structure intended to protect Jews from danger. Every new building in Israel has to have a mammad on every floor. It worked for this man and his family, but mammads failed for many others because breaking into a room isn’t that hard. Getting someone to open a mammad isn’t hard when you have hostages outside.

There is a lot of hype about mammads having thick concrete walls and steel doors. Sounds great, but not a problem for a terrorist with explosives. Also, older mammads don’t always have oxygen supplies, and incredibly, they have not all been retrofitted.

Bottom line: people in mammads died during the invasion. Some from suffocation. Some by being dragged out and killed.

A mammad is better than nothing, sometimes, and they protect people from missile shrapnel, which is what they’re really designed for. Having a mammad sounds like a great idea for people anticipating missile strikes. But against armed assailants, rifles are way better.

The man quoted in the article obviously knew disarmament was a big mistake, because he made a pathetic effort to gather arms. He tried to protect his family from machine guns with a knife and an axe. Words fail me.

If you’re all for arming yourself when people come to kill you, and you have proven you are, why were you against it before they showed up? You knew they were coming eventually.

The mindset of the victims is extremely disheartening. “The government was supposed to come save us.” They are Europeans by birth, and of course, they are Jewish, so small wonder they thought the god-state was their salvation.

Here in America, we have a saying: “When seconds count, the police are just minutes away.” It’s not unnuanced flyover populist tripe. It’s indisputable wisdom. The underlying truth is that the government is not able to respond to threats sufficiently quickly to protect people. It’s not even required to, under the law. Typically, the cops show up when the party is over, like roadies cleaning up a stage after a Grateful Dead concert.

It’s nothing less than astounding that there are adult human beings who can’t figure this out. And how can such people exist, in a country where terrorist attacks and surprise wars are certain to occur?

Israelis died because they trusted their government to do things only a god could do, and because their tragic biases led them to vote for laws that made them sheep for the slaughter.

Safe rooms. Really? Even if they worked reliably, how do they help when criminals are closer to them than their victims? How well do they work for people with wheelchairs and walkers? What good is your safe room when you’re on a bus or a tractor?

What percentage of the day does a typical Israeli spend very close to the door of a safe room?

Here’s what will happen if I think criminals are on my property. First, grab a high-capacity rifle and at least two magazines. I will already have a pistol with a laser in my pocket. If I have time, I will call the police, primarily because they might arrive on time to shoot, protecting me from liability. Next, I’ll pick the best defensive location I can, and I’ll wait as long as I can before doing my best to send my guests’ guts, skull fragments, and brain tissue flying onto the walls and floor.

All but the most determined or high attackers will be cowardly and lightly armed, so the odds they’ll run off are overwhelming. If they don’t, I’ll probably be much better armed than they are, and I’ll be able to rain lead on them for quite a while. If I manage to grab additional ammo, which is likely, I’ll still have hundreds of rounds handy when they’re down to one or two.

I will not lock myself in a ludicrous room and hope the criminals don’t have time to use an angle grinder or burn me out.

Who would you rather attack? Me, or an unarmed leftist kibbutznik?

As for attacks outside the home, I can put an AK-47 and a hundred pounds of cartridges in my car if I feel like it. Not in the trunk. Not unloaded. Beside me in the passenger seat in a bag I can open with one hand. And then there’s my carry pistol. I can take it nearly everywhere. Even banks.

It is astonishing that Israeli homes and business are soft targets. Who thought that was a smart idea? Was there a meeting where a bunch of Jewish politicians trying to come up with a homeland defense plan put “gun control” on a list on a whiteboard?

The victim named Poterman says he waited 12 hours for messiah government to come save him. Think what he and his friends could have done in one hour with rifles. You can Google and find out what other armed victims managed to do. Arabs are not known for their prowess as warriors. Much the opposite. They do poorly against resistance.

Israelis should be armed, and they should carry. They should be required to carry, like off-duty policemen in America. They should also be encouraged to keep automatic rifles and lots of cartridges. The government should allot money to buying them night vision gear. They should be building pillboxes, like the Nazis who defended the French coast and the Japanese who slaughtered Allied marines.

Go on the web and watch self-defense shootings. You’ll see that successful defenders sometimes produce and fire weapons in under two seconds. It is not unusual for a person to need to shoot in an extremely short time. A person who carries a gun has the ability to respond extremely quickly to danger, and he can do it wherever he is. Think how different the music festival would have been had the paragliding baboons descended into a crowd with hundreds of pistols, with rifles in their vehicles. A lot of the attackers would have died in the air.

The government may have failed to do things it should have done in order to detect or prevent this attack. Fine. Maybe Netanyahu needs to do better. But the people also failed themselves. They need to realize the government is never going to be able to prevent every attack or respond adequately. This should be obvious.

If you want to be safe from murderers, you should do your best. Disarming yourself is not your best. When you disarm yourself, you’re doing the first thing your enemies would put on their dream list of goals.

Israelis haven’t learned from their own history. In the book of Nehemiah, the Jews were surrounded by the ancestors of people who are trying to exterminate them now. As the Jews rebuilt the temple, the people who carried materials were required to hold the materials in one hand and a weapon in the other. The ones doing the buiding had to wear swords on their hips. Open carry was the rule in the past, but today a select few get a crummy 9mm pistol and 50 rounds of weak ammunition, and the rest get nothing.

Hamas was not afraid at all of Israeli civilians, but their cowardly assassins would never dream of attacking rural Florida or Tennessee. Terrorist bodies would fill dumpsters. Shouldn’t they be more afraid of Israelis than anyone?

Leftism is a luxury delusion that comes at a very high price. I don’t know what it will take to get Israelis to let go of it. I doubt they’ll do what they have to do. I think that if sane gun policies were in Israel’s future, Zechariah 14, which is certain to happen, would look very different.

Hamas Should Send The Knesset a Fruit Basket

I have been reading about the Israeli government’s sorry response to the problem of unarmed citizens being murdered by imbeciles from Gaza.

I lived in Israel for 4 months, and back then, guns were everywhere, mainly in the hands of the omnipresent soldiers. I saw soldiers with M16’s on buses and city streets. I also knew a kibbutznik who had a rifle for hunting, and I was with him when he took it to an almond grove. I can’t find information on the history of Israel’s gun laws, but I know that prior to the Gaza ambush, it was very hard for Israelis to get guns. At best, you could get one pistol (pathetic) and 50 rounds of ammunition (enough to last a few minutes at best).

This, in a country where nearly everyone is forced to join the military for two years. It is no exaggeration to say Israel chooses not to trust millions of trained, patriotic soldiers with guns.

Now government officials are saying Israel must arm its citizens. It’s making some piddling, ineffective corrections that come too late and do way too little.

Israeli Jews are not the type of people who use guns to commit crime. The risk of a gun-fueled crime wave is not small; it’s imaginary.

I admit, there was a time when thousands of Jews committed very serious gun crimes in Israel. They gathered and stored illegal firearms under the British, and when independence came, and the Arabs made their predictable effort to exterminate Jews, the guns and other weapons came in pretty handy.

The predecessors of the government of Israel thought it was smart for Jews to hoard guns in their homes, in case of Arab attacks. When did they decide helplessness was better?

Did Israel turn its citizens into Hamas practice targets because it was afraid of ordinary crime, or was the government trying to prevent extremist nuts from mounting insurrections? I don’t know. I haven’t been able to find out by Googling. I do know a huge segment of Israel’s population is made up of Jews from Europe and America, and Western Jews love leftism and gun control. Jews always commit political suicide whenever possible. Give them enough rope, and they will give it to their enemies.

If Israel wanted to prevent deaths from gun crimes, it has failed catastrophically. More people just died from gun crimes committed by Arabs than would have died had every law-abiding adult Israeli been allowed to carry a loaded M16 this year. And Israel encouraged the murderers to attack by disarming the victims. Would Hamas have attacked an armed populace? It’s a valid question.

It looks like the leftist tech establishment is suppressing stories about Israelis who fought off terrorists, but they are out there. And you can find videos of the police slaughtering terrorists with pistols, which is remarkable. It shows how little good a rifle does an untrained coward.

It would be tough for an enemy like Hamas to invade rural America, at least in the areas where Trump got a lot of votes. Not only are rifles everywhere, including in vehicles, but there are many, many people who are trained to kill animals and/or people a long way off. Over the last decade or so, precision rifle shooting has taken off. I’m part of it. I went to a facility where I hit a man-sized target well over half a mile away. Thermal scopes are also popular, so a lot of men in America have the ability to kill underarmed assailants in the dead of night from hundreds of yards away. What works on wild hogs works on terrorists.

It’s bizarre that I, a fairly unskilled person who has never been a policeman or soldier, have the ability to kill more terrorists than the entire population of a typical kibbutz full of soldiers. If you’re a terrorist, you are literally better off attacking 2000 trained Israelis than you are approaching my house.

As for a Biblical perspective, the rapes and the murders of children and babies made me think of prophecy. I thought these things were predicted by Isaiah, but it turned out Zechariah was the prophet who spoke about what is happening now:

Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

Hosea also spoke about the fruit of rebellion:

Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.

I am not going to study the word all day to figure out whether Hosea was talking about the present day, but it’s pretty obvious Zechariah was, because he said his predictions would come to pass at the end. Hosea serves to point out the kinds of things that happen when Israel is detached from God and connected to idols, including the idol of self-confidence. Infants dismembered. People killed.

What Zechariah said about all nations being gathered against Jerusalem is clearly coming true. All over the world, Muslims and leftists have formed a bizarre coalition, and thousands, not dozens, of people are protesting Israel, the victim. It shows that antisemitism has increased greatly. There are millions of people out there who are just waiting to be allowed to do what they want to the Jews. A lot of them are in Jewish sanctuaries like New York.

Why did America ever start allowing Muslims to become residents? It’s amazing how stupid this country was. We now have entire communities where people who support Israel aren’t safe. And the rest of us are on the same list.

In Sydney, Australia, Jews have been warned to stay indoors in order to be safe from Muslims. Not in Syria or Iran, but Australia!

In the US, BLM has come out against Israel, exposing some of the all-too-common antisemitism among American blacks. We don’t call minorities out on their wickedness; just Caucasians. It’s too bad, because America is full of blacks who literally believe they are the real Jews. They think the Jews stole their inheritance. Hispanics also have issues with Jews. Small wonder. Look what their ancestors did.

I saw addled leftist Jake Tapper expressing surprise to see how many leftists were raging against Israel and the Jews. What a fool! For at least a quarter of a century, it has been obvious to anyone who can see that conservative Christians are the only American friends Jews have. The antisemitism of the left has been on display for ages, as has the support of the right, but people like Tapper are somehow unable to summon the honesty and integrity to acknowledge what has been right in front of them since before the turn of the century!

If American conservatives stopped supporting Israel tomorrow, the Muslim world would descend on Israel a month later. Leftists would celebrate, and only God himself could defeat the invaders.

God has done miraculous things to rebuild Israel, but as long as most Jews reject their true Messiah and the Holy Spirit, they will have much less protection than they need. Zechariah says God will eventually fight the nations that are against Israel, but only after a lot of damage has been done.

Some Jews are saying this feels like the Holocaust. Yes, it is like the Holocaust. It is the Holocaust. The Holocaust never ended.

The Old Testament is full of proof that Israel is on top when it pleases God and on the bottom when it doesn’t. Israel is surviving, but it’s still not on top, so even Jewish sages who hate Yeshua should be wondering what’s wrong.

My wife and I pray for Israel and the Jews every day. We don’t just ask God to open the eyes of the Jews. We pray for protection and abundance. Lately we have been cursing their enemies. We pray for their arms to malfunction. We ask God to cause the weapons to harm the enemy, not the Jews. We ask him to make Israel’s enemies fight each other, and we don’t limit it to those in the Middle East. We call on him to expose their filthiness.

We also pray for God to rescue Israel’s enemies from Islam.

Apart from prayer and blessing and cursing, though, we are just spectators. It’s too bad we can’t do more. We can’t go over and fight. We’re already buying weapons through our tax dollars. I vote for candidates who support the Jews.

There are ministries that help Jews. Jewish Voice is one.

If you’re a Jew, get yourself some rifles while you still can. You should really try to get in touch with Yeshua, because he’s much better than a rifle, especially in the afterlife. But rifles are better than nothing in the short term.

If you’re in a state where you can’t have semiautomatic weapons with large detachable magazines, get out, and take your children. If you can’t help your family when the murderers come for you, and you had a way out, how will you be able to excuse yourself?

So Israel is at war again, and as always, it was the other side’s idea. The idiots of Hamas say they have fired 5,000 rockets into Israel, and they crossed in, killed people, and took hostages, including small children. Of course, they fired at non-military targets because attacking actual soldiers or anyone who might fight back would be a violation of policy.

As one would expect, there are slimy, ignorant, bigoted people on the left, claiming Israel deserves it. We have a vile Congresswoman named Tlaib, an Arab Muslim, who refuses to comment. Based on her past, it’s pretty obvious she sides with the terrorists.

Oh, wait. Sorry. That’s a shot of Arab terrorists celebrating shooting an unarmed civilian woman in the head. They removed her outer clothing, because it was obviously necessary, and drove the body around, and other Arab Muslims spat on it. The video shows these proud Muslim warrior men playing with the body.

It looks like they snapped her knee to get her into their vehicle.

If you watch the video, you may breathe a sigh of relief, thinking Muslim culture is not lost, because the crowd is so appalled by the spectacle.

NO. You will see that everyone there is thrilled with what’s happening. Could this happen in a Jewish city if the tables were turned? Don’t even ask. Palestinians are not just regular people with a set of gripes. Compared to people in most countries, they are savages.

To anyone who is dumb or dishonest enough to equate Israel’s defense efforts to the habitual cowardice and cruelty of Arab Muslim soldiers and terrorists, I have to say this: when have Jews ever done anything like this? Arabs do it all the time. It’s nothing like the civilial collateral damage Israel sometimes inflicts unintentionally. It’s policy. Arab Muslims PLAN to do this, just as Israeli soldiers plan legitimate attacks on military and terrorist targets.

Imagine watching a video of US Army recruits in boot camp, training to go into houses, capture women and children, commit rape, kill some of the victims, and haul the rest off for imprisonment and torture. It’s unthinkable. But if Hamas and many other Arab organizations trained recruits for their actual missions, this is what it would look like.

This is the difference between human beings and talking baboons. Anyone who supports this kind of behavior is a baboon, not a person.

I guess people who read the news know the lady in the photo is a gentile, not a Jew. She was a German tourist. I’m sure she told the terrorists before they executed her. They shot her anyway. Imagine Israelis invading an enemy city and shooting foreign tourists in the head. It could never happen.

This kind of behavior is unusual even in battles between corrupt nations like Russian and Ukraine. It’s comparable to things the Japanese did in the last century.

This must be a consequence of Islam. The Koran is full of barbarism. Mohammed was a murderer, pedophile, and rapist who taught Muslims to form gangs of thieves and pillage their neighbors’ cities. This is his legacy.

Anyway, yes, Israel is better than its enemies.

There are people calling for Israel to cease hostilities, as though this were a normal war instead of a response to terrorism. I disagree. Go in there and level enough of Gaza to put the fear of God into them. Make life so miserable, the people will resent the terrorists and fight them from within. Make the terrorists so afraid they will think twice before doing this again. They’re cowards who only know how to fight unarmed civilians, so it shouldn’t be hard to scare them.

As for the government of Israel, fine job on gun control. Do you really trust your Jewish citizens less than you fear your sociopath neighbors? I’m a nice, law-abiding American, but if I saw terrorists coming across my property, I could fill my yard with bodies for hours, and I’m sure my neighbors could do the same. There is a reason it’s taking so long for leftist mob terrorism to move from blue cities to red counties.

In Israel, a citizen can have one pistol and 50 cartridges. First, he needs a license, and he has to show a special need. Isn’t being Jewish in a tiny Jewish state surrounding by terrorists a special need?

It’s amazing rifles aren’t allowed. They should be required. In the real world, a typical person will be lucky to hit an attacker once if he empties two pistol magazines. It’s very, very hard to aim pistols in actual attacks. A rifle is very different. Rifleman Kyle Rittenhouse hit everyone he aimed at, and part of the time, he was on the ground being beaten by a lynch mob. Also, a rifle round will do much more damage, as the maimed criminal who surived the shooting could tell you. He only has one bicep.

Any law-abiding Israeli should be allowed to have a semiautomatic rifle and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, and many, if not all, should be allowed to have automatic weapons. As it is, Israel just waits for people to be murdered and then responds after the fact.

I’ve driven to church and back with a rifle and more than 50 cartridges on hand, but an Israeli on an isolated kibbutz has to depend on a pistol and one box of 9mm ammo, if he can get a gun at all. Do they stockpile illegal weapons under their own government, as they did under the British? Yes, if they’re smart.

I wonder what kind of gun and ammo restrictions the terrorists put on their teams.

Jews aren’t going to use guns to rob people. They’re not going to form gangs. They’re extremely unlikely to use guns in domestic abuse episodes. They have zero interest in overthrowing their government. I think gun control in Israel simply stems from suicidal Jewish leftism. American and European Jews make up over a third of the population, and these groups are hopelessly mired in leftism.

It’s like Israelis have forgotten what happened to unarmed Jews in Europe. And the harm wasn’t just done by their own governments and Nazi invaders. Their neighbors joined in. When the Nazis rolled into countries, antisemites saw it as a license to do what they had always wanted. For example, in the death camps, Ukrainian guards were feared much more than the Germans. I knew an Austrian Jew who had to hide in France as a girl, and she told me the French were much worse than the Austrians. The other kids held her down and pushed a thumbtack into her forehead to see if a Jew could bleed.

Pistols. Why does anyone rely on them? Too many movies, I guess. Some socialist Hollywood clown in lifted cowboy boots shoots a nickel out of the air at a hundred yards with a crude 1800’s revolver, with help from special effects, and people think that’s what pistol shooting is really like. They’re like the people who think coconuts are small and round because they watched Gilligan’s Island.

I carry a knife because it’s legally safer to draw a knife than a pistol, and also because everyone needs a knife. There are special penalties for brandishing a gun. I carry a pistol because a knife won’t always deter an attacker. Ideally, I’d go everywhere with a rifle in a sling. Maybe DeSantis will make it possible some day. I guarantee you, if it were legal, there would be several people in every local grocery with rifles right now, and shoplifters would be very nervous.

A pistol drills small, narrow tunnels in people. A rifle will tear them up and even blow out large chunks of them. When the criminal who ran up to Kyle Rittenhouse with an illegal pistol was shot, a large percentage of his bicep ended up scattered on the pavement. It wasn’t like TV, where a 5.56 round hits Magnum in the shoulder, he makes a bandage from a strip of his shirt, and then he uses the arm to punch out the villain and hug the girl.

I don’t understand why Hamas attacked, although they were probably encouraged by the huge cash gift Joe Biden gave their sponsor, Iran. They know they’re going to be crushed. Then the leftist gaslighters will chime in as Israel sends in bulldozers to build up the necessary buffer zone.

I don’t know why I write about this. No one who hates Jews will read this and come around.

Jack a Little too Nimble?

I skimmed the latest Trump indictment, and I was surprised.

I look at things like this as fairly as I can, and there is no doubt that Trump has done at least a few things that could justify some kind of legal response. He’s a bull in a china shop. He says and does what he wants. He’s very careless. He said the prosecutor working on his case looked like a crackhead. That being said, this latest thing looks even weaker than the New York case, which appears to be a complete scam.

Basically, it boils down to this, as I see it: Trump said he really won the election, and he made interference claims that were not true. Somehow this amounts to inciting insurrection. I would be astounded if this case went anywhere. After appeal, I mean. Juries are stupid and dishonest, and if you find the right area of the country, you can convict a conservative of anything.

What if we held leftists to similar standards? Al Sharpton encouraged rioting, and it resulted in the murder of an Orthodox Jew. Maxine Waters encouraged rioting. Celebrities have said stupid things like, “Rioting works.” Our country has been torn apart by riots based on lies that have been thoroughly debunked many times.

Far as I know, Trump always told his supporters to protest peacefully. If a few simpletons got carried away and listened to the beer instead of their common sense, and if they let undercover feds talk them into rioting, that’s not Trump’s fault.

Sometimes I think we could end the rioting problem simply by making the FBI stay home.

The theory behind the FBI agent-provocateur talk goes like this: people protest peacefully and legally, and it irks powerful politicians or swamp denizens because they can’t do anything about it. They send feds to The Gap to buy a bunch of matching outfits, they add masks, and then they merge with protesters and pretend to be on their side. Then they urge the protesters to do stupid things. When the protesters listen, they say, “This is an illegal riot, and we now have the power to arrest people,” and they put people in handcuffs and disperse the crowd.

First Amendment? No longer a problem.

Does it happen? Probably. Is it as widespread as people think? I would be surprised if it were. How can I know? I have no way of finding out.

We know the feds and local law enforcement have been very cruel and unfair to conservatives and Christians. So have corrections officers, who are part of the same organism. I don’t know how low they will stoop.

It’s unquestionably true that many government types hate the Bill of Rights. You can see them slobbering and raving on Youtube. You can read about their backroom discussions. The Bill of Rights means nothing at all to many Americans. Perhaps most. Law enforcement and other types of government work draw bullies and sadists; they always have. Even John the Baptist had to tell soldiers not to terrorize people. No one should doubt the government’s willingness to cheat or the eagerness of many government employees to do great harm to the innocent.

Encouraging people to riot is entrapment, and an entrapped person can’t be convicted or even arrested. Unfortunately, entrapment works, and it can be very hard to prove.

Seeing the shifty and cruel ways of today’s government makes it clear that one of the main purposes of the Second Amendment was to make our keepers afraid of us. They’re supposed to be part of us, but they go native. This country was founded by people who were fighting their own government, and they wanted people who came after them to be better able to do the same thing.

I think Trump will be cleared of nearly every charge once the process has played out. Then whoever is in office will have to decide whether to pardon him of any charges that stuck.

This is a time for Joe Biden to sit down and think about his future. It’s pretty obvious he took bribes and helped his family get rich by selling influence. If he isn’t impeached, it will be a miracle. He could also face criminal charges.

What happens then, if he has lost the election but refused to pardon Trump? What if a Republican is in the Oval Office? If Trump gets convicted of anything before the election, and he’s still polling well, Biden would be smart to give him a break.

I was thinking today that we might conceivably end up in a situation where two presidents who are bitter rivals have to pardon each other in order to save themselves. Biden pardons Trump, who wins the election, and then Trump pardons Biden. That would be funny.

Biden is somewhat stupid, and he is also senile and stubborn, so he may not be able to think clearly enough to consider the consequences of letting Trump convictions stand.

When the Jack Smith stuff started, I figured Smith was just a serious prosecutor who wanted to be thorough. Now he’s starting to look like a corrupt nut. But I could be wrong. Maybe when the evidence will come out, there will be some as-yet-unknown facts that justify blaming Trump for January 6. My bet: it won’t happen.

No Riots, no Burning Buildings, no Pink Hair, no Problem

Rhodah and I are still waiting for our embassy interview so she can be brought to the US. We made the mistake of obeying the law instead of shoving her in amongst a group of military-age Somali males crashing the border in Texas, so we are still not finished.

Looks like we’re going to Hong Kong and Singapore so we can be together. I just bought a new camera so we can finally have a trip where we come back with decent video. It hasn’t arrived yet.

I don’t understand my feelings about Singapore at all. It’s a big city. Not a lot of green space. People generally live in apartments instead of houses. Hot weather all year. Lots of things I would ordinarily hate. Nonetheless, I really like Singapore, and so does my wife. I feel at home there. I wouldn’t mind living in Singapore if I had to.

Things to like about Singapore: minimal sexual perversion and coercion, extremely low crime, high standard of living, all types of goods in great abundance, stability, good food, and nice people. While the weather is hot, it’s not as unpleasant as Florida or Georgia. Mass transit is cheap and safe, and unlike New York’s trains and stations, Singapore’s don’t reek of urine.

There are nearly no bums in Singapore. We saw one lady begging, but she was an outlier.

What can you get in the US that you can’t get in Singapore? Guns are a lot easier to get here, assuming you live in a free state, and you can own them for self-defense and even carry them. In Singapore, you can get a license to keep a gun in your home, but they are rarely granted. Sounds bad, but on the other hand, you’re safer in Singapore without a gun than I am here with one.

Singapore is often called repressive, but whether a repressive government significantly impacts your enjoyment of life kind of depends on what it represses. If government restrictions don’t affect the kinds of activities in which you participate, you’re not likely to be bothered by them.

I think most people who call Singapore repressive are sexual perverts and perversion promoters. If you go online and look up Singapore repression, you’ll see that perversion is the main topic. Singapore only decriminalized sodomy last year. They shouldn’t have done that, and they’ll regret it, but it shows why perverts find Singapore unappealing.

We found the cost of living in Singapore to be reasonable. We stayed in a nice hotel for something like $230 per day. It was somewhat nicer than Hyatts and Sheratons here. We were able to get a lot of great food for between $5 and $10 per meal, and that’s Singapore dollars, which are somewhat smaller than ours. The trains were cheap. Not much to complain about.

Singapore is like a little bomb shelter for conservatives, if you want the truth. It’s not too close to China or Russia. It’s too far away for American perverts and socialists to invade profitably after they take over the US and our military. It’s too far away for social invaders from Central and South America to barge into. It’s not filling up with Islamists. It doesn’t need aid, so it won’t end up like Christian Africa, where we twist arms by connecting charity to filthy sexual aberrations God hates.

Is conservativism really about liberty? I wonder. Maybe it has more to do with safety and wealth. Do I really want a bunch of guns if crime is extremely low and the government stays off my back? I like shooting as a hobby, but I could give it up if the return were worth it.

In America, I have some guns for fun, but I keep others in order to defend myself, my wife, guests, and my property. My government is increasingly hostile to affluent Caucasians who mind their own business, and so are leftists, especially minorities. We also have a problem with crime that is not politically or racially motivated. In other countries, my situation would be different, and so would my attitude toward arming myself.

Here in the USA, we have a big population of blacks and Hispanics, and they commit a gigantic amount of violent crime and property crime. Most crimes of both types are committed by these groups. They have backward cultures that glorify the abuse of innocent people. This is reality, not the woke explanation. Statistics compiled by nonpartisan entities prove these things. White people do bad things, too, but at a much, much lower rate.

Other countries are different. Singapore is around 75% Chinese (non-red), and the rest of the people are mostly Indians, Malays, and Indonesians. Singaporeans like to work and make money. It’s a hard place to start a street gang or do a drive-by. It’s a hard place to riot and destroy homes and businesses. It’s not likely one or two ethnic groups will team up against another, as American blacks and Hispanics have teamed up on whites, and try to take what they have and turn them into milk cows.

We also have a sick government which is becoming more dangerous every month. Professional victims are taking it over. They’re getting rid of cash bail and decriminalizing theft. They are trying to destroy rural areas and suburbs, pushing people into cities where they are easier to control and prey on. It’s not merely likely that sane, decent Americans will eventually have to fight the government. It’s certain. We will see secession and/or guerrilla warfare when things get too hot, and unarmed “haves” will be slaughtered publicly, with their executions posted on social media. We’ve seen the same basic thing in revolutionary France, Cambodia, China, Russia, Cuba, and other places where smelly, ignorant, hateful mobs took over.

In the USA, unless you are willing to trust God and accept martyrdom, it makes no sense to be unarmed, but there are places where arms are a much lower priority.

If you have retirement money, life in Singapore is easy. You just live. You don’t have to endure endless daily bombardments with terrifying news about your once-great nation. “Will the Democrats force my county to put housing projects on formerly-private estates?” “Will the Democrats impose wealth taxes and impoverish me in my old age?” “Will my children be unemployable because they refuse to call male perverts women?” “Will my daughter have to be naked in front of males every day at school?” “Will Antifa/BLM nuts climb my fence and kill and rape my family?” These are things people in Singapore don’t worry about, but they are very real possibilities in the US.

As I’ve gotten older and learned more from God, I’ve become less impressed with the US and democracy. This is not the best country to live in. Not any more. And democracy is overrated. A good king, or “dictator,” as kings are called now, is better than democracy, any day. I’d rather have Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis as a king with a lifetime term than the situation we have now. I’d even take Rand Paul or Ted Cruz.

Democracy is a degenerate system of government, one step above rioting. It puts power in the hands of ignorant, malicious, bigoted imbeciles who have tremendous incentive to loot. Looters have more power than builders, because everyone gets one vote, and looters are more numerous. It also gives too much power to women, who, as a group, invariably vote stupidly.

In the US, we have the idea that it’s sort of illegal or shameful to contemn representative democracy. It’s neither. It’s perfectly acceptable to push for a monarchy or theocracy if you like. You just have to do it without committing offenses like treason and sedition.

I can say these things because I’m not a politician or any other type of person who depends on the love of the mob.

Anyway, America-worship is based in delusion. America is still very high up on the list of desirable places to live, but it’s not the best, and it will eventually become intolerable. Probably before Singapore and even places like Kenya and Uganda.

We are told to be grateful to America for what it has done for us, as though it were person with feelings; a rich mommy that sent us big checks every month. In reality, America never did anything for me. God did. He can bless me anywhere. Look how well Joseph, Esther, and Daniel did under tyrants. Look what he did to Laban because of Jacob. America is just an instrument God used to bless me.

America doesn’t actually care about me. If I died right now, no flags would be lowered. God and certain people care about me.

I’ve done a lot for America. I paid taxes and stayed out of trouble. I submitted to institutionalized racism in the form of affirmative action. I contributed to charities. I registered for the draft, which is a very big deal, at least if you intend to back up your word when called. No entity but America ever asked me to offer it my life and risk being maimed and forgotten.

If I should be grateful to anyone here, it should be the servicemen who fought so I didn’t have to.

I’m extremely grateful for every good thing I have, including the diminished rights I still possess, but I’m grateful to God, not nations. I want to continue to be an asset to America, but if I move to another country, I’ll try to be an asset there, and that country will have whatever loyalty I’m required to extend. I wouldn’t want to be like the disgraceful, parasitic people who become US citizens and then fly flags from their old countries. Dance with the one that brought you, right?

I am censored, libeled, and ostracized from the marketplace every single day, and America’s government–my country’s government–is behind it. That’s really something. I never had these problems during the last century, apart from the time I got desperate and applied for a government job. White people were not the target hiring pool. Other than that, I was nearly a full US citizen.

How grateful should I be for the good things when I’m already fairly well down the Nuremberg rabbit hole, with increased persecution soon to come? Should Jews who were once treated well in Germany have been grateful to their government in 1930? Am I wrong for weighing the very bad along with the good?

These things matter. Losing free speech is not a small thing. Being excluded from economic participation is not trivial.

To get back to travel, we’re only looking at Hong Kong because Rhodah wants to see it. If it were up to me, I would skip it.

I haven’t been to Hong Kong, but I’ve been researching. I’ve been told the people are rude, largely because so many have moved there from the workers’ paradise on the mainland. Funny thing about workers’ paradises; everyone in them always wants to move back to capitalist oppression.

Communism has made or kept the mainland Chinese coarse and selfish, and tourists in Hong Kong have to deal with them because they wait tables and drive cabs. Also, it looks like hotels and other facilities are more run-down in Hong Kong. People are less likely to speak English, even though it’s an official language. Everyone in Singapore speaks English, and they place a high priority on education. They’re not coarse, either. We didn’t see people spitting or littering. Everyone was courteous.

Look, Singapore is better than American cities. Better, not different. Let’s just say it. On average, American city dwellers are inferior to Singaporeans. Inferior. That is the right word. Some people are better than others.

Regarding Hong Kong, I have to say that the food looks very good.

Maybe I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Hong Kong Chinese are supposedly more cultured than mainlanders, which is not a high bar to clear. On the mainland, people urinate on the streets and let their kids poop there. Sometimes they pull these stunts in Hong Kong, and it doesn’t fly. Mainland Chinese tourists have terrible reputations in every single country they visit, as do Chinese businessmen.

Capitalism makes people better.

Having lived in Northern Florida, far from abusive, dangerous wokiees, for 6 beautiful, precious years that are like enormous pearls to me, I am disturbed whenever I think about visiting places where people are rude and selfish. I get Miami flashbacks. It’s too bad God won’t evacuate that place and put a fence around it to prevent it from coming back.

Hong Kong still uses the Hong Kong dollar, and I have read that people expect cash, so that’s a drag. As much as I hate the war on cash, electronic money is great for tourism.

I should have bought a better camera sooner. In fact, I did. I tried, I mean. I started Youtubing unsuccessfully in around 2016, and I have bought two unsatisfying action cameras. The latest, in 2019, was a Gopro. The cameras haven’t worked out. You really have to control them from phones in order to get them to function, and they’re very hinky. They turn on and off without warning. They refuse to connect to my phone and tablet. They change video modes unexpectedly. My Gopro ruined a video I made in Turkey. It’s just voices and a still photo. Unacceptable, when so much is at stake.

Phones are fine for photos, but I want something dependable for video, and it has to work without a phone.

My phone cost $750, and it does a ton of things. Oddly, the camera I bought costs about $150 more, and all it does is shoot photos and video.

I had a hard time choosing. I finally went with a Sony ZV-1 II. This is considered a point-and-shoot camera, although you can mess with a lot of settings, including the f-stop. I also considered the ZV-E10, which is similar but allows you to change lenses.

The ZV-E10 is more of a grown-up camera. No doubt. You can travel with a standard lens for vlogging and a zoom lens for versatility. Also, the sensor on the ZV-E10 is better. Thing is, it costs a lot with an extra lens. A good zoom lens will run around $650. Maybe I should have sprung for it, but the trip itself is not cheap, and I’m in the middle of Florida’s homeowner insurance explosion crisis, so I’m not feeling like this is the time to throw cash around. Although it probably is.

Our lives are great, but the rapture can’t come soon enough. I can’t wait for the day when I find myself looking back at Earth the way I now look back at the open latrine known as Miami.

Over Over Over

I believe God is preparing people to be raptured, by making them want to abandon this world. I keep seeing disgusting things in the news.

Today I saw stories that reminded me how much I wished the rapture had already happened.

I think the worst story was about a young child whose pediatrician asked him if he was a sexual pervert. Maybe you’ve seen this. The kid wants to play football, so his dad had to get him checked out. The doctor asked the boy whether he was non-binary, gender-fluid, or otherwise counted among those who practice abomination.

We used to be upset because doctors were asking patients whether they owned guns. It was a remarkable effort to propagandize and establish a non-governmental watch list of gun owners. Now that they’re alerting small boys to the wonders of sodomy, the gun questions seem pretty innocuous.

The story made me very angry. I can understand how a father would want to punch a doctor in the face. If the creepy bachelor next door, who has a really neat electric train set, asks your young son whether he’s a pervert, the natural response is to want to punch him in the face, and it would be tough to get a jury to convict a parent who obeyed the urge. It’s no different when the person who defiles your kids wears a stethoscope.

I don’t want to be angry at anyone, and that is especially true of those who deserve anger. I don’t believe anyone should use violence unless there is no other choice. It’s not right to punch creepy doctors. I’m just saying it’s natural to be enraged when an idiot contaminates your child.

I also read about two new black mass shooters, one of whom is swishy. I’ll just say “swishy.” I’m tired of trying to find polite terms.

A man named Kimbrady Carriker shot a bunch of people in Philadelphia. He used a semiautomatic rifle. Internet detectives Googled social media photos of him wearing women’s clothing, including a brassiere and fake breasts. Conservatives are calling him “trans,” and leftists are calling them bigots because he has not expressly labeled himself trans.

Look, you can’t have everything your way. You can’t have 597 different genders and expect the rest of us to guess which one applies. Things are so confusing, the last trans shooter was “misgendered” by leftist journalists for two days. Even they couldn’t figure it out.

You don’t need a title in order to belong to the tranny camp. Richard Speck, the nurse killer, was trans. There is a grotesque video of him in prison, prancing around in women’s underwear, topless, with huge breasts produced by injections.

A whole lot of violent criminals in prison are trans, and prison isn’t always what makes them that way. For many, it’s just a safe place where they can express themselves. I don’t think homosexuality makes you a violent criminal, but from history, it seems obvious that violent criminals are more likely than normal people to be homosexuals.

A man who wears dresses and false breasts is definitely trans-something, whether leftists would call him transgender, transsexual, transvestite, or transistor radio. He’s effeminate. He is perverted. He is an alphabet person. The LGB’s own him, regardless of whether he has chosen a label. He’s not a normal heterosexual man.

Anyway, that’s not the most interesting thing about him to me. I find him interesting because he’s black. We keep seeing minority mass shooters in the news. For decades we were told only white men do mass shootings, but now, whenever I see a mass shooting headline, I think, “black,” because we keep seeing black and Hispanic shooters in the news.

So, what’s happening? Has it always been this way, or is mass shooting among minorities become a new trend? It’s hard to say, because the press has a long history of suppressing news about black crime. When you get to know a few black people, they will open your eyes by telling you how things really are.

Now for the other shooter I read about. In Queens, a nut named Thomas Abreu rode around on a scooter, shooting random people. He killed an old man. He’s black. You can look at his last name and say he must be Puerto Rican. Well, Puerto Rico is an island, not a race. He’s black. Look at the pictures.

He appears to be a non-effeminate male, but the way things go these days, that conclusion could change at any minute.

The last big shooter in Baltimore was black, too. Then there was the Mexican guy who shot people in Texas.

Maybe the problem is that “mass shooting” has been redefined. If I recall correctly, you used to have to shoot quite a few people to be called a mass shooter, but now they’re including characters who shoot 4 victims. Most homicides in the US are committed by black people, and the lower the number of victims a shooter needs to be on a list, the more black people will make the cut. My guess is that we are now counting a whole lot of lesser mass shootings, and those often involve black shooters.

I don’t know, though.

Anyway, the stories are discouraging because they seem to show how minority communities are collapsing. And they go hand in hand with the shoplifting stories.

Blue cities are going the way of Detroit because of theft and other crimes. In San Francisco, normal retailing is rapidly becoming impossible. I saw a video of a Safeway supermarket in San Francisco. It’s like airport security. Metal fences everywhere. Receipt scanners. Exits permanently locked. Makes me wonder what will happen when fires–I mean “oxidizing protests”–break out.

When I was young, someone who was inexplicably proud of having moved to California told me the rest of the US got things 5 years after they did. I think there is truth to that, and it’s not encouraging.

I don’t understand why people from Southern California are arrogant about living there, as if they were a higher form of life. In order to qualify, you just show up. Charles Manson lived there. So did Harvey Weinstein.

What do suburbs have in great abundance, compared to cities? Caucasians and Asians. The shoplifting epidemic is largely black. It’s like the actual witches who run BLM have convinced a substantial percentage of black people they already own whatever is on store shelves, so when they take it, it’s just an advance on reparations.

What’s going to happen to America if black areas destroy themselves entirely? What if they become like Somalia? They were awful before this business started. I don’t know how families will survive when life becomes one continuous riot.

The increase in black crime is going to make it harder for black people who want to leave. When they show up in the country and in suburbs looking for housing so they can raise normal children and not be shot at twice a month, people will find ways to avoid renting and selling to them. They already do. Housing discrimination is very hard to prove. The reparations/victimhood mindset is going to turn many black people into prisoners of ghettos.

I also saw a bunch of headlines about states banning “gender-affirming care” for minors. There is so much wrong with that phrase. I don’t need to read the stories to be disheartened. The headlines themselves show that mainstream America is dead.

First of all, they’re not “affirming” anything. You can’t affirm a delusion. The term “gender-affirming” was crafted by pro-perversion people to move the goalposts and make it seem like the claimed genders of confused people are indisputably correct. They make it sound like settled science. That’s not true at all.

An enormous percentage of people who let doctors hack them up and fill them with hormones and hormone blockers later realize they were going through temporary phases or pressured by stupid parents who wanted to use their children as virtue-signaling accessories.

The other problem with the phrase is the word “care.” Castrating your little boy is not care. Slicing your little girl’s breasts off is not care. Skinning her arm and leg, destroying her genitals, and crafting a hideous, non-functional imitation penis from the scraps is not care. Reinforcing damaging delusions is not care.

What do you do now if you want to raise a normal child who is not sexually perverted, has a good relationship with the Holy Spirit, and isn’t convinced white people and capitalism are evil? Not just homeschooling; you have to find a doctor who isn’t nuts. How do you do that? Will they put little decals on their office windows?

What’s life like for normal people in San Francisco? You get up in the morning and get your kids together for prayer. Then you get started on their homeschooling. Then you go to the grocery alone so they won’t see nude men strolling down the sidewalk. Then you enter the store through the one unlocked exit, buy your food, put it in ridiculous paper bags that rip, and go through a security checkpoint. Then if your kids have to visit the doctor, you go in and sit beside them, holding your phone up to record everything in case the doctor or a nurse with purple hair commits a verbal molestation.

Then if your wife divorces you and decides your son is a girl, you may get in trouble with the government if you try to prevent her from castrating him.

We are done here. We need God to come and get us.

It’s sad that people don’t realize the nuts have won. There are people who think the Bud Light disaster proves there is still hope. That’s wrong. One of the curses of godless people is that those they hate rule over them, even as minorities. Read the Bible and see. It doesn’t matter that most Americans quietly disagree with the loonies. Satan gives them power over us because we turned away from the Holy Spirit.

You have to remember the symmetry of the supernatural. One person accompanied by the Holy Spirit can defeat 10,000 heathens. Similarly, one heathen can defeat 10,000 Christians who abandoned the Holy Spirit and followed the world.

We’re not seeing a fight between solid Christians and the godless. We’re seeing a fight between the openly godless and a nation of fake Christians who made themselves their own gods. Both sides belong to Satan.

Back when I was attending worthless Trinity Church in Miami, I thought I was surrounded by Christians. At first. Then I saw all the Obama stickers in the parking lot. I saw Oprah’s magazine on a coffee table in the pastor’s son’s office. Oprah is openly against Christianity. Then I saw the children of prominent church members on Facebook, sassing adults who criticized homosexuality.

I watched Rich Wilkerson, the head pastor, lie to crowds of poor people to get their money. He told them to pay him before paying their utility bills. He said God would reward them with money, which did not happen.

I used to think the people he lied to were victims, but that’s not really true. He told them what they wanted to hear. “Keep doing what you’re doing, and God will save you anyway.”

This was his own plan for life, and he spread it to them. He was giving “doctrine affirming care.”

Most Christians around the world are like the ones I knew in Miami. The rapture will come, and they’ll still be here, among their real brothers and sisters, in a world ruled by their real god.

I want this mess to end soon. My wife and I are in little safe cocoons, enjoying ourselves, but the barbarians are taking more and more ground around us, getting closer every day. Sooner or later, they’ll be in my yard, and the government will be on their side. They’ll be the government. I’m not going to join the dupes who plan to fight them. I just want God to evacuate us.

It Picks a Side or it Gets the Hose

My wife and I are waiting for her final immigration interview. I don’t know if anyone who reads this blog cares, but I am providing this information anyway.

The whole process could have been considerably shorter. I am responsible for most of the unnecessary delay, but neither of us is rushing around as, perhaps, we should be.

We haven’t seen each other in a long while. We talk and pray every day, though. Because things were up in the air, we were uncertain about traveling.

It’s possible we may see Europe soon.

Our government has a crazy requirement: to come to the US, you have to provide an original marriage certificate at your interview, and the interview doesn’t take place in America. We have a digital certificate which is authenticated by blockchain technology, but Uncle Sam won’t take it, so I had to ship the original to Zambia.

The last time we tried to go to Europe, we applied at the Czech embassy, and they rejected us because the marriage certificate was in the States. Now that it’s in Africa, they might, conceivably, let us visit.

Once we’re in the Schengen area, we can go anywhere we want, so a Czech visa would get us into Switzerland, France, Austria, and Italy. My favorite destinations.

My big concern these days is that Uncle Sam will find some unexpected nit to pick, and I will end up living in Zambia. This is extremely unlikely, but what if it happened?

Down side: Zambia. A poor country. Hard to get things we want or need. Lots of witchcraft. I would have to get rid of all my US assets. I would miss a lot of things and a few people.

The power goes off frequently in Zambia, so in that regard, it would be a lot like California, except no one poops on the sidewalk.

Up side: Christian country, in spite of the paganism. Surrounded by Christian countries. No more pronouns. No more sexually indeterminate people humiliating the rest of us with forced compliance. No more legal elective murder of the unborn. No humidity. Moderate weather.

If I moved there, I guess I would renounce my American citizenship in order to avoid paying income tax. The likelihood of moving back to the US would be small in the extreme, so citizenship would probably be about as helpful as an appendix or a sixth toe.

In the past, America seemed like a stable shelter, but now it’s like living in a wooden building with several fires already started. Zambia actually looks more stable. No one wants to invade, and rioters aren’t burning cities or killing bystanders. That kind of thing is reserved for South Africa.

We just had at least 14 mass shootings in one weekend which combined Father’s Day with Juneteenth. That shows you the state of the American urban temperament. MLK Day and Juneteenth are constantly compared to the movie The Purge. If you can’t get away with a crime the rest of the year, just wait.

When the ship starts to sink, a floating milk jug starts to look a lot better.

I used to think Americans who left America or gave up their citizenship were nuts, but I lived in a different country then. I felt like an American. Now I feel like a splinter a boil is trying to push out. I am not wanted here.

I have been blogging for over 20 years. A very long time ago, I started saying it would be very bad when Christian America ceased to exist, because there was nowhere else to go. Was I right, or is Christian Africa going to be the lifeboat?

South Africa is not a possibility, so it has to be written off. It’s no place for white people. There are other places between South Africa and Nigeria that could work in the short term.

I’m pretty old now. If I make it another 30 years, it will be a surprise. First, the world will have to last that long. On top of that, I’ll have to take good care of myself, and I’ll have to turn out to be a person who is blessed with longevity. I think 30 years would be a worst-case scenario. With any luck, I’ll be gone in fewer than 25.

The thought of growing old and feeble in the new Sodom is scary.

Right now, I’m strong, I have money, and I live in a very conservative county in a fairly conservative state. I have never had to lie about anyone’s sex or praise BLM. I have never had to take sensitivity training. I have never been at the mercy of perverts or socialists. I’m in a low-priority area for murderous rioters, and I can sleep with a high-capacity rifle beside the bed.

When I’m really old, in the fairly near future, things may be different. You can’t assert your rights when you can’t walk or you have to be helped to the toilet. You’re at the mercy of whoever is paid to care for you, and if that’s a squad of shemales who enjoy abusing old Christians, you’re out of luck.

Longevity and youth used to be blessings. Now they’re problematic.

It would be much better to die prematurely or move to Zambia than to live in a country where the spirit of antichrist is in near-complete control.

Assuming my wife gets here, I suppose the best thing will be to keep asking God to move us to the best possible places. Maybe I already live in one. There will be peaks of relative sanity, and they will go under the water later than the rest of the world.

I believe I truly understand what God meant when he had Moses write that Lot was “worn out” from his exposure to Sodom. Living in a world that is like an arm turning gangrenous is tiresome. Being under attack every second of every day, from people and spirits, is tiresome. Having to treat mindless leftist brats as though their deranged opinions are important is tiresome.

Accomplishing nearly nothing is tiresome. Being rejected by unbelievers is not great, but I’ve been rejected by Christians, too. When God tells me things and I pass them on, Christians are usually the ones who “correct” me or tell me I’m an enemy of God. God has told me a lot of extremely useful things, but nearly no one is interested, so I feel I’m doing very little.

When I was in high school taking psychology, my (angry atheist) teacher taught us about extinction, as the term was used by psychologists. It works like this: a dog barks for attention. You ignore it. The dog doesn’t get its reward. It stops barking. The behavior has been extinguished.

I feel kind of extinct. I wonder how God must feel, when he looks down from a very great distance, from his place in a world of love and total agreement, and sees Americans castrating themselves and their kids because of gender delusions. I wonder what he thought of the LA Dodgers, honoring a bunch of male perverts dressed as nuns. It can’t be encouraging. I’m sure he’s not saying, “Things are going great. I’ll just keep investing in this race.”

Today my wife told me she feels lazy because she feels she can’t move on with life until she gets here. I told her I feel the same way about the rapture.

Civil war seems more likely than ever. Hunter Biden just got a light sentence for some felonies, and it looks like he may not be punished or fully investigated for influence-peddling or bribery. These were the crimes that concerned people.

No one cares if a tax cheat or someone who lied on a NICS form gets off, but if the president and his family appear to be involved in a huge bribery scheme, and the government decides not to investigate it, it’s a very big deal, especially when a former president is being prosecuted for non-crimes in New York and federal crimes that are very similar to things a Democrat Secretary of State got away with.

Corruption nullifies democracy. It’s not a small problem, so it causes a lot of anger.

I actually prayed for Hunter Biden to get leniency, because Joe is a horrible father who seems to have predestined his kids for failure, but I felt the truth should come out, and the bribery mess should be exposed. I’m fairly cool-headed, so if I’m disturbed by the prospect of an abandonment of the bribery investigation, there must be many people who are not cool-headed who are about to blow their tops.

I don’t want to be here for the hot war. I don’t want to join a militia. I don’t want leftist nuts trying to kill me and my wife. I don’t want far-right nuts abusing me because I won’t go out and shoot hippies with them. I don’t want vigilantes confiscating my guns and ammunition and whatever else they want for the cause. I don’t want to hear about what I owe my neighbors.

I don’t know too much about civil wars, but I think boundaries are important. It seems like a civil war between enemies with boundaries is not as bad as a civil war in which enemies are mingled. There are a lot of places in the US where it may not be possible for front lines to be drawn, and I would expect people in that situation to live in rage and terror all the time. There would be no civilians, in the sense that everyone would be considered a legitimate target. Every able person would have to be viewed as a potential killer.

I hope the end comes before people have to choose sides.
