We had some nice snapper last night. My son caught a really big one while my husband was out of town, so we cooked most of it then and we had the rest last night. I just sauteed it in butter and garlic. You can’t go wrong with that. The only fish I really like are snapper and flounder but my son would have loved to be on that trip with you and have a catch like that.
From a pale, freckle-faced, auburn-haired, sun-loving county girl who used to cover up, rather than wear an oily, sticky sunscreen, I highly recommend the Neutrogena line of sunscreens…they have high SPFs, don’t feel thick or cloying, and one coat lasts. Keep the hat and shades, though, for that air of mystery!

You seem to be suffering from an acetol deficiency.
Did you cook up any of these delectable fishies, and if so, what’s the best method (in your humble opinion)?
