Main Ingredient: Rice?

Conservative Humor Takes Another Beating

Drudgebart.tv.com asks, “who is behind Obama Teleprompter Blog?”

After looking at it, I think the better question is, which friend of Andrew Breitbart’s forced him to mention this on the Drudge Report? It has to be someone he owes a major favor. It’s like reading the ingredients on a soup can.

I should add that I say that because I think it’s supposed to be humor, but it’s impossible to tell.

I have to wonder if the Half Hour News crew is involved.

WOW. That really was lame. Idea clever, execution pathetic.

  2. aelfheld Says:

This at least attempts to be funny.

  3. aelfheld Says:

Of course, they had to ‘borrow’ from Iowahawk to get that far.

  4. Steve H. Says:

It’s sad, but I am too lazy to read Iowahawk. Surely he is not involved in this. There is no way he could be this not funny.

Completely agree that the teleprompter blog is as funny as a reader’s digest “humorous anecdote”, and it’s derivative as all hell of Iowahawk’s superior work.

But the purpose it does serve is to push the door open just a bit further to allow making fun of preznit karaoke by the general public.

C’mon, barky’s propaganda squad and the lickspittle msm have thus far cowed and stymied what should be a tidal wave of mockery and derision aimed at the jackass in chief.

To continue mixing metaphors horribly, this teleprompter blogsite is one of the little pebbles falling just before the avalanche.

  6. Moxie Says:

Just so you know, it’s not me.

  7. aelfheld Says:

I wouldn’t think Iowahawk is involved – I was just noting that they’d borrowed this video.

    more pebbles, before the avalanche…

  9. km Says:

One almost suspects them of being double agents – infiltrated in to further the canard that conservatives are humorless

  10. Steve H. Says:

In case it’s not obvious, “Rice” is a reference to Ned Rice, one of the perpetrators of Fox’s Half-Hour News Hour: “Give us Thirty Minutes, and We’ll Give You a Week’s Worth of FAIL.”

Conservatives keep pushing old-boy-network plow mules and ignoring people who could actually contribute something. This situation is probably not going to improve until some of the more powerful people involved get fired or die. Nobody cares about conservatism. All they care about is their little piece of cheese.

I can’t believe people thought Iowahawk was associated with this. Everyone who said that should email him and apologize. It amazes me that people can’t tell the difference between talent and garbage.
