TDS is for Everyone Now
July 16th, 2026Conservative Christians Don’t Have to Feel Left Out Any More
Yesterday I started writing about a stream of interconnected revelations God had given me. My wife and I discussed them night before last, and I thought they were worth sharing. I didn’t complete the blog entry. I didn’t feel God was behind me writing it.
One of the things we discussed was the way American women had given up raising their children.
God has given us the most charming, adorable baby boy imaginable. Even when he’s on his worst behavior, he fills us with joy. He is funny. He is affectionate. He loves us. He runs across the house, screaming with inexplicable happiness. Strangers love him. Women who work at stores we visit weekly look forward to seeing him. Two weeks ago, a lady from The Fresh Market surprised us by presenting him with a book she had bought for him.
I have always been amazed that women could kill their own babies, inside themselves, deliberately, and that amazement has been magnified and mixed with revulsion since my son was conceived.
American women are killing over a million babies per year, and over 90% of abortions are motivated solely by convenience. Rape, incest, birth defects, and maternal health considerations are not involved in most abortions. The sad truth is that is easy for many women to decided to kill their children. Certainly easier than taking accountability and preparing to raise them. These things astonish me.
My son is getting tougher and stronger, so I worry less about him than I used to, but it used to break my heart when he fell down or bumped into something and bruised himself. I tortured myself for hours when I failed to protect him from minor mishaps. It is nothing short of amazing to me that there are women who blithely pay doctors to tear their babies’ organs out and rip their limbs off, count the parts, and put them in plastic bags.
These days, I wish I had 10 babies like my son. A hundred. A thousand. I regret not having children sooner, although I don’t think I had much of a choice. Strongholds prevented me from marrying and having kids.
I’m not a particularly good or sensitive person, but that’s how I feel. Given that a person like me, whose empathy is unexceptional, feels that way, it seems to me that we must be surrounded by monsters now.
Not only are women murdering their babies; they are trading their live children for careers. Only the most severe mental blindness could make a woman think this is a good bargain.
Your employer doesn’t care about you. Most people can be fired at any time, instantly, for nearly any reason, and employers fire dedicated employees all day long, every day. People give their hearts to their companies, as though their coworkers were their families and their bosses were their moms and dads, but if you get fired, one hour after it happens, no one will be grieving, and one or more people you worked with may be thrilled to have a shot at your job.
When employees are fired, it’s common to lure them out of their offices to tell them, so the offices and computers can be secured to keep them from making mischief on the way out, and they are often escorted just to be sure. So much for workplace family.
Most people’s jobs are unimportant, and most employees are fungible. Feminists love to tell us women need careers because careers let them spread their wings and find fulfillment, but most career women end up doing things like selling real estate, doing tedious and repetitive jobs in offices, retail sales, nursing, and teaching. They don’t change lives. They’re not dancing with the New York City Ballet. They’re not famous actresses. They’re not doing any of the things little girls dream of doing. They’re grinding out paychecks for outfits that wish they could be replaced by kiosks and A.I. programs.
This is what most women trade their kids for, through abortion and the job market.
What do old people generally regret when they are close to death? Not being employee of the month at Target more often, of course. No, they regret working too much and spending too little time with their families. In all likelihood, they regret these things largely because a lot of them die alone, surrounded by unfulfilled nurses who aren’t raising their own kids. They die alone because they haven’t created the kinds of bonds real parents have with their kids.
The people where I live are extremely nice, but when I used to visit my dad in the assisted living facility, I didn’t see a lot of people visiting their parents. If that’s what it’s like here, I can only imagine what it’s like in places like New York and Chicago.
I was talking to my wife about millennials. They’re a disaster. I started thinking about what Paul predicted in 2 Timothy 3. It was as though he had seen millennials:
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
I believe the part about a form of godliness was about nominal Christians from churches that deny the Holy Spirit, but other than that, he could have been describing two entire American generations.
While we were talking, I saw the connection between feminism and the warped natures of our millennials. They have no respect for the intelligence of the people who came before them. They think they have solved all of the world’s problems and that baby boomers caused them. They believe ridiculous lies, like the lie of socialism and the lie of benevolent surveillance, that their parents knew were asinine and dangerous. They are different from us–inferior–because they didn’t absorb the good things kids are supposed to absorb from parents.
My generation is pretty bad–full of corrosive, infectious modern conceits that took hold in the 1960’s–so it’s amazing that the kids see us as old-fashioned. As guardians of the ancient ways. That was our grandparents. We are a big step lower on the ladder of progress. We regressed. The kids can’t see it, because they are lower still.
A person who gives birth isn’t necessarily a mother. Being a mother in the biological sense doesn’t entitle you to Mother’s Day cards or visits with your grandchildren. A real mother raises her children, in person. A real father gives his children as much time as he can. Now America is full of two-income, no-parent households, so of course the young are amputating their penises, making up genders, blaming us for everything, and dedicating their existence to Internet likes.
Maybe they’re right to blame us for everything; we are guilty, but not in the way they think. We didn’t steal their houses and their futures as they claim we did, but we did steal their upbringings.
We were supposed to introduce our kids to Yeshua and the Holy Spirit, but very few of us have, and very few of us were introduced by our own parents. I certainly was not. Sending your kids to Sunday school is not enough. You’re supposed to be with them every day, living out Christianity in their presence, so they can see how right and necessary it is. A two-income, daycare, VHS-babysitter society doesn’t allow for that.
I was thinking about that today when I read about William Upham, the deranged former Marine and fringe Congressional candidate who just put out two videos calling for the assassination of President Trump, whom he is certain is the Antichrist.
Here is part of what he said:
Obey God and follow his orders. God will help you. This is a call to arms. To all of God’s children, you must overthrow the Trump Administration on behalf of God.
I’d like to turn to combat tactics and provide military instruction on how to overthrow President Trump and his forces. For equipment, I recommend using a semi-automatic rifle such as an AR-15. 5.56 rounds are very effective at piercing body armor. You should use a scope, high-capacity magazines, a load bearing vest to carry these magazines as well as canteens.
In the United States Marine Corps, we kill the enemy using box drills. What does that look like? Two shots to the chest. One to the head. Two shots to the chest causes catastrophic internal organ damage. One shot to the head, after the two shots, results in a very high chance of killing the enemy. This is the fastest and most efficient way to kill the enemy, and it will conserve your ammo.
The next thing I would like to talk about is buddy rushing. In order to take an objective held by President Trump and his forces, you should rush the enemy in pairs of two. One of you should provide covering fire for your buddy who runs towards the objective, and you proceed to take turns rushing and providing covering fire. Use walls for cover, use the slice the pie technique to peel out of the corner just enough to conceal your body and shoot at the same time.
God bless America. God bless our troops. God will protect you. Trust in God.”
Oddly, in one of his videos, he quoted the same Biblical passage I mentioned to my wife, cited above. He’s a very strange and possibly pivotal case: a murderous TDS nutjob who is conservative and Christian, not to mention ex-military.
He reminds me strongly of General Jack Ripper, from Dr. Strangelove.
To someone who doesn’t know the Holy Spirit, this man looks a lot like me. He says America has turned away from God, which is true. He says modern Americans are just like the people Paul described, which is true. But because he doesn’t know the Holy Spirit, he has misunderstood the Bible, and Satan has destroyed his reason.
That Trump is not the Antichrist is obvious. No one should have to explain away a delusion. If you’re so eccentric you need proof, I’ll just point out that the Antichrist is not going to be revealed until the tribulation is underway. You can look that up. The world is going crazy, and we are in the apocalypse, but this is not the tribulation.
I don’t know yet, but it looks likely that this man is Catholic. As proof Trump is the Antichrist, he claims Trump has criticized the pope. No one outside the Catholic and Orthodox churches would call that an identifying mark of the Antichrist. Most Protestants (term used loosely to mean Christians outside the Catholic/Orthodox realm) are not upset by criticism of the pope. After all, our denominations exist because people criticized the popes, who were corrupt, uninformed, and unacquainted with God.
I think Upham’s TDS conversion may signal something pivotal because until now, nearly everyone who has displayed severe TDS, to the degree of endorsing violence, has been a leftist or Muslim. If clean-cut Christian conservative Marines are starting to fall, it suggests the dam is finally breaking. It suggests a much larger falling away, into the arms of Satan and delusion, may be starting.
There is absolutely no possibility that Yeshua is going to tell people to shoot enemies of God. That message is not found in scripture. In the Old Testament, before the fullness of the Holy Spirit was available to everyone, God sent his children to war. These days, physical violence is the very last thing any Christian should consider in any situation. God is not telling anyone to buy an AR-15 and practice killing heathens, heretics, and apostates.
An AR-15 is a carnal weapon, and as Paul said, “Our weapons are not carnal, but mighty, to the pulling down of strongholds,” referring to supernatural battling against evil spirits and their human stooges.
To be more thorough:
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
Christians serve in secular armies and police forces, but we are never going to be called to go out in groups God puts together, on God’s authority, and blast people with AR-15’s. There will be no Holy-Spirit-coordinated flash mobs or teen takeovers.
I complain that millennials don’t know God because their parents didn’t raise them, and then I criticize a millennial who is clearly a religious fanatic and who may well have been introduced to Catholicism as a child. Maybe it seems inconsistent, but it’s not. It shows that a person whose parents fill him with false doctrine instead of introducing him to God as a person can be just as bad off as a millennial raised in a daycare facility staffed with drag queens.
Evil spirits are all around us, and they want to inhabit us and take over the Holy Spirit’s proper job as teacher and ruler. You can be raised in church and memorize all the scripture you like. You can go to youth camps and revivals. You can go to Africa and South America and baptize heathens. If you don’t have the Holy Spirit inside you, giving you his help, you can still be ignorant, misinformed, deranged, and run by demons. That’s what has happened to Lieutenant Upham.
This man and his kind disturb me because they will probably hijack Christianity. They are showing the world a face of Christianity which is counterfeit, and most non-Christians will fall for it. They are already looking for excuses to hate and dismiss us. The more AR-15 Christians and antisemite Christians there are out there, pushing for violence, the more persecution the rest of us will get.
This reminds me of something I saw Todd Friel and the late John MacArthur do. Both ardent enemies of the charismatic movement.
For a long time, I have been using the term “strange fire” to describe the garbage Satan has brought into the church, through people who deny and blaspheme the Holy Spirit. When you hear from the Holy Spirit, you may write scripture or prophesy accurately. You will be guided and improved by God. When you don’t, you’ll start telling people to pray to the dead and eat fish on Friday, or you may tell people you need a jet and that God will make you rich if you help pay for it.
In the Bible, God got very angry at people who claimed to have his authority when they did not, even when they had good intentions. He killed Uzzah for touching the ark to keep it from falling off a cart. He curses Moses for hitting a rock, instead of merely speaking to it, to bring out water for the Jews to drink. He cursed Saul for performing a sacrifice. He killed the sons of Aaron for putting strange fire on the altar.
The priests were supposed to prepare sacrifices and bring fire from the sacred altar, which had been kept going after God himself started it. If they lit their own fires, it robbed God of his glory. His glory is important. He wants to do most of the heavy lifting for us down here, and if we insist on trying to do it ourselves, he backs off, and we don’t get his help. It leads to human pride and loss of faith.
Friel and MacArthur relied on strange fire. Hard work. Discipline. Medical science instead of healing miracles. Human guesswork instead of prophecy.
A few years after I wrote about their strange fire problem, they had a conference about charismatics and called it “Strange Fire,” suggesting that the fruit and the gifts of the Spirit among charismatics did not come from God. Talk about hijacking.
They weren’t completely wrong. Remember all the fake prophets who said God told them Trump would win in 2020. Consider Benny Hinn, telling people God would bless the first group of people who gave him this or that amount of money. Strange fire is all over the charismatic churches. But so is the real thing, which is much less true of the Spirit-denying churches.
I’ve been as sincere as I could, but I have also had strange fire issues, and I always ask God to help me to know what’s real and what isn’t.
Upham has been seduced by strange fire, and it has made him insane and dangerous.
For many years, I have been saying that when the people who are against God go at each other in the streets, a lot of them will be people who identify as Christian. People who don’t know God will assume these individuals really are Christians. In reality, Satan will simply be pitting one group of his own children against others, with different uniforms he has chosen. Actual Christians will be on the sidelines, uninvolved.
Catholics have been here before, more than any other denomination. The Inquisition. Conversion by the sword. “Look at those ‘Christians’ go!”
The churches that deny and blaspheme the Holy Spirit are very dangerous, and the charismatics who don’t spend time with the Spirit, and who make up lies or repeat lies they heard from spirits, are probably just as bad. Catholicism is dangerous and will cost millions of lives. The same can be said of the hypocritical charismatic churches.
Things are getting crazier by the day. If you want to be pulled aside and saved, pray in the Spirit every day and ask God to help you to know the truth.
