The Group W Bench Keeps Getting Longer

This is the Best we Can do in 2026

I guess a lot of conservatives are wondering what I’m wondering: has Donald Trump snapped his twig?

We are in a war. President Trump gave a vicious, highly destructive enemy a deadline that expires tomorrow. Today, he sent them a reminder on Truth Social, saying this:

Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F***in’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.

Today is Resurrection Sunday, or if you prefer the pagan name, Easter Sunday.

On the one hand, probably because I have not completely recovered from the jadedness that came to encrust me after half a century on Earth, I see the humor in it. On the other, it’s plainly not acceptable for a president to say things like this. This is not how presidents are supposed to talk, and doing it on the day of the resurrection is particularly reckless.

Today I’ve been waiting around to find out whether someone hacked his Truth account (because his password was “Trump”) but I haven’t seen any indication that the post was fake.

For years, the leftists who lied over and over and claimed Joe Biden was not demented have been claiming, with zero evidence (and overwhelming contrary evidence) that President Trump is senile. The never-ending tsunami of blatant lies has become tiresome, like a hard rain that means nothing but won’t go away. But what if they have lied so long, they have seen their lies manifest simply because of the president’s age and poor diet?

Look, if I lie every day and say Joe Biden is dead, eventually, I will be right. It won’t mean I was right, or anything but a vile jerk who hated the truth, when I started.

In a couple of recent appearances, the president seemed to speak more slowly than usual. Is he tired from overwork? Did someone in the press slow down the video, which would not be beyond them?

He is about to turn 80. He is overweight. He eats garbage. He sleeps 4 hours a night. He works and travels constantly, wearing out younger associates who can’t begin to keep up with him. He is one of the most dynamic politicians in US history. He can’t last forever.

Ordinarily, I haven’t been overly concerned about disturbing things the president has said, because he has a certain type of personality, and he says things for effect. I have been extremely happy with his performance, and I haven’t worried at all about his characteristic antics. As I like to say, I voted for Donald Trump because Yeshua wasn’t running. He was far and away the best choice available, and his negative contributions to the level of public discourse are no greater than those of many politicians Democrats venerate. But he seems to be getting extreme.

I didn’t like what he said about Robert Mueller dying. He celebrated and said Mueller would not longer be able to hurt innocent people. Mueller did hurt innocent people, and he blatantly discriminated in his choices of whom to prosecute and for what, but celebrating was not right.

President Trump has said critical things about other decedents. There is nothing wrong with that. The tradition of withholding criticism of the dead is rooted in superstition, and it is unhealthy because it serves to obscure facts the public needs to know. Many of the dead need to be exposed. But saying you’re glad a federal prosecutor is dead is a bit much.

Using the f-word in a public announcement on the day people are celebrating the resurrection can’t be rationalized. There was no reason to do it. He didn’t need to call the murdering Iranian maggots “crazy bastards.”

I understand why he made the threat today. At some point, he set a deadline, and it appears nobody in his administration thought about the timing. As a result he found himself in a situation where, if he was going to make a necessary and possibly very helpful threat, it had to be today. He and his crew should have planned better, but I don’t fault him for continuing to do crucial negotiation on this day. After all, the Israelis attacked Iran on the Sabbath.

So is he slipping, or what?

Maybe it’s just a typical Trump negotiating tactic. The crazier he seems, the more likely he is to terrify the Iranians, and appearing crazy immediately after massacring about 4 dozen of their latest crop of sadistic, immature, unreasonable leaders seems like a great way to kick them when they’re down and make them panic and rush to make an agreement. Some people should be kicked when they’re down. This isn’t a boxing match. It’s a war. We need to crush these people, fast and hard. Anyone who thinks wars should be fought in a sportsmanlike manner is living in the 18th century. It doesn’t work that way.

This is especially true when you are facing Muslim extremists, whose day-to-day, policy-based actions are war crimes and human rights violations. Anyone who would help put terrorists in a hospital, mosque, or school, or who would avoid confronting an enemy’s military and focus on civilians, needs to be killed quickly by whatever means works. If Iran manages to generate another array of useless leaders, like a new row of shark teeth rotating to the front, we need to kill them, too.

I don’t have to check; I can assure you, leftists are out there today asking why conservatives aren’t criticizing their leader. Well, here I am. He should have done this differently.

As for his mental health, senile or not, he needs to lay off the carbs and start sleeping more, before he really does end up like Biden.

Speaking of senility, vitriol, and immaturity…James Carville. What has happened to this man? These days he puts people like Louis Farrakhan, Hitler, and Osama bin Laden in the shade with his mouth-foaming exclamations.

He recently yelled that he wanted God to fill him with even more Trump derangement, using exactly that term. Now he’s saying he hopes Donald Trump remains alive and mentally sound long enough for Democrats to torment and imprison him and his children.

Here is the text of one deranged tirade”

I see the clips. I see him glitching out there on the stage, the total, catastrophic mental evaporation. Everyone’s whispering, ‘James, he’s senile, he’s going.’ And they expect me to be happy about it. No! I am the most worried man in America! I don’t want that son of a ***** to slip away into some quiet, foggy sunset. I want that old bastard to stay just ‘compos mentis’ enough to be tormented by what the Democrats are gonna do to him. I want him healthy enough to watch his legacy be set on fire. And I want the same for those jackasses he calls his kids. Don’t just beat ’em at the ballot box—I want to see the whole lot of them in orange jumpsuits. I want ’em investigated, indicted, and thrown in a cage.

That’s not reasonable political speech. That’s frustrated, psychosis-adjacent sadism, from a person who is so full of cruelty, he would gladly lead a lynch mob into the Oval Office.

Here is another quotation:

They come at me with ‘TDS, TDS, James you’ve got TDS.’ You’re damn right I do! I’ve got it, I want it, and I want more of it! I don’t want a cure! I pray to God in heaven: Lord, rain the righteous rain of Trump Derangement Syndrome on me! Lord, make me more deranged. Make me a vessel for this! I want to wake up every morning with more of it than I had the day before.

Because if you aren’t deranged by what’s happening—if you aren’t driven absolutely out of your mind by this grifting, lawless, constitutional-shredding administration—then you’re the one who’s sick. I want to hate that mother****** so much that it becomes a holy fire! Pray for me, Lord, that I never, ever get ‘well’ until this man is gone and his name is a curse word in the history books.

That isn’t a human being, even a senile one who has become childish, talking on his own. That is demons using a demoniac as a mouthpiece. This kind of hatred is what put Jews in ovens and Cambodians in ditches. It is no joke. Carville is trying to make it funny, but it appears likely that he would love it if the Trumps got the same treatment as Mussolini or the Romanoffs.

This is the same kind of rage that drove the October 7 savages when they mutilated women DURING rape and when they burned Jewish babies. When they raped and castrated Jewish men and boys.

A few years back, God told me, “The hatred is already here.” This is what he was talking about. Cambodia can happen here, tomorrow, if leftists feel they can pull it off and get away with it. They will not hesitate, when the word comes down. They can’t wait. They wanted to get started a long time ago.

America is not civilized any more. Half of the country is like a mental patient struggling to get out of the straps so he can bite through his orderlies’ windpipes and write slogans on the walls in their blood.

It’s as though the Manson family shot spores out into the wind, and they have blossomed.

I don’t know what to make of this world any more. I don’t see any hope for it whatsoever, and to use a now-popular term, the people who say otherwise–the self-proclaimed voices of calm and reason–are just coping. Smoking the old familiar copium.

All I want is for as many people as possible to be bound together with God and each other in love, and to be protected, until we get out of here. The leftist terrorists and the conservative militia nuts can duke it out after we’re gone.

I hope the president isn’t senile, but if he is, he is, and we will find out for sure soon enough, unless yet another leftist murderer manages to do what the last few failed to do.

The biggest thing with Trump that I’ve seen during his time in politics is that his antics always bring out the absolute worst in God’s enemies, making them expose themselves for who they really are when they aren’t putting on masks of disingenuous politeness.

Trump’s spritual flaws are manifest and he’s nearly been brought down by them time and again, but for the moment, God’s using him for purposes that we’re probably not going to fully understand until after his time in office is done. If nothing else, he’s essentially a mirror to the perfidy and corruption of those who defy God.

    Really strange guy.
