Nigerian Preacher’s “Daughter” Turns Out to be Foundling

BBC Africa’s T.B. Joshua hit piece keeps falling apart. It’s astonishing. I am used to watching leftist journalists lie and cover up, but this is a new level. They made no effort at all to uncover the truth. They used already-debunked accusers, and they didn’t vet their claims.

One claim: T.B. Joshua’s daughter Ajoke was abused at his church, the Synagogue Church of All Nations. People insulted and beat her, and Joshua was fine with it.

Problem: she isn’t his daughter.

SCOAN has a sister church in Greece: SCOAN Thessalonica. The leader is a Greek named Harry. He spent 17 years at SCOAN in Lagos, at T.B. Joshua’s side.

SCOAN Thessalonica just put out a video containing old footage of T.B. Joshua discussing Ajoke. He tells the story of taking her off the street and giving her a home. He sent her to a British school in Togo. He complains that she stole money. She caused trouble. The school sent him letters, including a confession she wrote. He found her incorrigible.

He said she taught him a lesson: he should’t try to take in every poor child he met. He said that if he hadn’t suffered with her, he might have adopted a lot of children who would have turned out badly in spite of his kindness and made him miserable.

In the footage, he displays documents proving she wasn’t his daughter. She was found behind the church, abandoned. A man associated with the church found her and took her to the police, and the police asked the church to raise her.

There is even footage of her, shot on the day she was found.

SCOAN has a long history of shooting a lot of video, even behind the scenes. This is why the footage exists.

The footage is real, and it was shot long before the BBC did its hit piece. Unless T.B. Joshua had some reason for doing a hit piece of his own, years before the BBC went after him, it must be reliable.

Maybe some of the accusers are telling the truth, and T.B. Joshua was a terrible person, but based on what I have seen so far, it seems unlikely in the extreme.

Why didn’t the BBC ask for the old videos? Why didn’t they investigate the claim that this woman was Joshua’s biological daughter?

One of the great things about the Bible is that it says all liars end up in the lake of fire. It will be nice to live in a place where I’m not constantly wondering whom to believe.

Leftist lies keep increasing. They rise up to our necks and threaten to drown us. Some day the fog will clear, and a lot of people who are enjoying their cabals and conspiracies won’t be smiling any more.
