Weather Oppressive

I am dying to leave the house. This weather is driving me nuts. For the last three weeks, it’s been as if the entire world had been sat on by a fat guy in damp grey pants.

Where is my October relief? Wasn’t it supposed to quit clouding up and raining two weeks ago? Who do I file my complaint with?

I’m still messing with the site design. Eventually Phin will send me the new theme, and then I’ll have to start over. I put a flag on the header, as well as an ichthus or “Jesus fish.” It’s my understanding that no one can be saved unless he has the fish. It’s in the New Testament somewhere. Trust me. I’m busy.

    Up here in central FL it’s pretty much the same. I’m seeing more wild mushrooms growing in the Compound than any time in the past 10 years.

    61F and Sunny here in Madison, WI. High will be 62F. Humidity is 45%.

    We have a $500 Thermometer/Hygrometer used for calibrating instuments. In the winter, about February or so when it gets below zero outside, it sometimes reads 0.0% indoors. Of course, it’s only supposed to be accurate down to 5% or so. You won’t sweat then! But then you’d be in the People’s Republic of Madison.

    Weather here is unbearably sunny…I’m talking the stare into the sun and blind yourself as you drive (cause you have to drive east to work in the morning and west at night…it’s Chicago) kind of sunny. Not trying to be contrary, but I could use a slightly overcast drive in tomorrow…

    Gorgeous weather up here in Northeast GA.

    And the icthus stickers on cars in these parts outnumber the Obama ones by at least 8 to 1. Heck, I haven’t seen an Obama sticker for a few days.
