Time to Sign Him up for the NRA

My second godchild arrived on Monday. I was cleared for a hospital visit yesterday, so I grabbed my old SLR and tried to get it to function. On the long drive, I stopped by Bass Pro and picked up some essentials, including a camouflage onesie.

I guess I should start with a photo of him with his mom. The larger and more relieved-looking person in this photo is my friend Freddly. She was an armorbearer at Trinity Church, but like me, she realized Trinity was messed up, and she left. Unlike me, she took a long time to find a new church. One day she texted me asking for prayer, and I told her about New Dawn Ministries. She came by for a service, and it had a big effect on her. Unfortunately, while God dealt with her, she did not continue to attend, and by the time she came back, the young gentleman to her right was on the way. I am not cleared to post photos of the father yet.

The boy’s name is Noah. It was originally Abigail. Then they got a more conclusive sonogram.

He has a full head of hair, and he passed his hearing test. That’s about all I know at the moment. When I figured out how to turn the flash off, the photos got better.

At Bass Pro, I also picked up a pink camo T-shirt for my goddaughter, Gabriella.

I don’t know when Noah will be venturing out in a bag or whatever it is they put babies in now. Couple of weeks I guess. I told Freddly we needed to start shopping for a pistol for him. She’s pretty excited about that.

So far the week has been interesting.
