   Dear Steve,
   Here is what I know. I had a CT scan today revealing my kidney stone is definitely a kidney stone, and is plugging up my left ureter. My kidney stone is going to be dealt with tomorrow, either with ultrasonic lithotrypsy or laser lithotrypsy. I’ll then be home for several days, recovering. My co worker will take me to the hospital and my boss will take me home. I was fine until I got to the hospital where I had to take two pain pills. Once I got home, I decided that leaving the Buick at the clinic, I decided was a bad idea. In light of recent events, an abandoned, damaged car may have triggered a call to the bomb squad, since I saw the clinic on the news tonight, and they said they were beefing up security! But it may have been the oxycodone talking. Anyway, my friend and his son picked it up later. Prayers are welcome. I think I have everything else I need.

   Steve,
   The surgery is scheduled for 4pm EDT, 3pm Central. It’ll probably take a couple hours to get ready before being wheeled in.
